I went on there today Friday and the two guys that was working were so rude to me. They did not understand what I was wanting and they made me feel so dumb. I told them they did not need to be rude to there customer. I walk out so mad. I did not get what I came in for. They told me a price on a battery like 70 then they told me 90. ?I told them they don't even know there price I would like to talk to a manager.

On 25th February 2024 at around 1:30 pm I went to Batteries+Bulbs store at 6021 SW 29th Street, Ste D Topeka, KS 66614. Where you are Store Manager. I had an appointment to replace iPhone 11 Battery.I was attended by one of your colleagues named Ian Schepp. He was a tall gentleman with Beard. He did the paperwork told me to sign and asked from 45 minutes time.After 45 minutes when I returned and my iPhone 11 in white color was asked to check by Mr Ian after installing the new battery. I found and showed him that the display was not responding to any touch.Then he asked from few several minutes to install a new display and check. I waited in the store during the whole time. Then he came back from inside I informed me that the new display is not taking touch responses. And the assistant manager asked to tell me that they will send the phone to head office (I forgot the place name) to repair and if not fixed the company will provide me a new phone.I was trying to explain him that it is my old mother who uses the phone and it will be a big trouble for her to stay with out phone for 5 days.I wanted to know if I can call you and ask for a prompt action as I believe you have more authority. And Mr Ian also provided me your business card.But all of a sudden another person who was sitting inside (right hand side counter) and playing video games on his white Nitendo Switch started shouting and said no matter whom you call or what you do. Today you are going without a phone. And since it’s Sunday so it’s very unlikely you will receive phone call. And also the number provides on your business card is store phone number. He asked I rather but a new phone from Walmart in cheap price.I didn’t knew his name. He was acting very weird and was laughing loudly. I am sure you can find his behavior over the CCTV camera footage between 2 pm to 2:45 pm and can also ask Mr Ian to know the root cause and details about what else that person said to me and how rude his behavior was.!I was not expecting such bad behavior from one of your colleagues. And I am really disheartened.Rather than arguing with him I took the paper and left the store by saying him. Take care brother. They have just about every battery that a person could possibly need in stock. Prices are reasonable and service is fast, but the best part of all is the friendly, helpful attitude of the employees… they are the best!

My car broke down in the parking lot by batteries plus and one of the guys came out to help me and check and see if he could find something wrong with it. He was beyond his abilities to fix but I appreciate the help very much.
