“I had ordered windshield wipers online and went to pick them up. Good thing I asked them for help, when I ordered them online it gave me the wrong wipers. The gentleman who helped me was great. I was in a hurry and needed to meet someone, but he found the correct ones, put them on for me and I was where I needed to be on time. So as far as I'm concerned it is a great place.Went back to get a rear wiper blade, the lady helping me found the correct one and went to install it and broke my wiper off. So we had to order an entire wiper for it, at their expense. I was told it would be in on Wednesday and they would call me to install the wiper and the blade. So far I haven't heard anything back. So what started off as a good thing has ended up being a total hassle. I hope they can get it fixed without anymore incidents.”

“Called in on a Saturday morning to ask if they had a trailer that met my particular specs and a couple additional questions. All questions were answered professionally and they had what I was looking for in stock.When I got to the store I was greeted promptly and we immediately went outside to look at the trailers I had asked about. He had both a 10' and 12' option available and sitting side by side for me to view the difference. It was explained to me that the company that makes the trailers is family owned and operated, which was a big deal to me and one of the reasons I started my search here rather than the big box stores.Long story short; I bought the trailer, had it hooked up and was back on the road less than an hour after the initial phone call. The entire process was easy and as enjoyable as buying a utility trailer could be.I will be recommending to family and friends to do their business with D&L Trailers.”

The staff let's just say these guys don't get there information from what they see on their computer screen, no these guys are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to knowing the parts your vehicle needs. Yes, they are a little higher in price than all the others but it's worth it because the quality is by far Superior than all the others.”
