I cancelled an appointment, and called to instruct Aspen to refund the amount that was charged to my FSA account. Nine days, later, no refund, and my FSA provider wants me to pay the money back. Come on, Aspen, you are losing a customer here.

Poor quality. Not sure if dental assistants are qualified. Lack organization and quality of service. Waste of time. Don't spend your money when you can find a better choice of dental needs.
