The only good thing about this post office is the lady who is usually at the counter is always friendly other than that they do a terrible job. We've had nothing but problems getting our mail, we have a mailbox and a po box. It's been a week and I have no idea where our mail is going at this point. When I go to talk to them they're closed, I called and no answer and no return call.

I have had hatching eggs delivered to me 3 times! I’ve call the day before every time please keep in post office! I was told yesterday they always keep them when marked here again they are in route in back of mail truck! I know they put a note for the mailman to keep there! This is ridiculous shame on them! Please pay attention! Now they told him to bring back to office? No call him have him leave them I’m told we can’t? Well you told him to bring them back? I know they are busy that’s why I call to let them know! In one ear and out the other!!!

On website said that delivery occur at my property , no package was delivered , I have 12 cameras around my property , I checked the footage , NO USPS DELIVER A PACKAGE AT THAT TIME . I'm pretty sure they deliver at a wrong address , I will file a complain with postmaster general

I have to go pick up items from there twice. They just left me a slip saying needs to be picked up items is to long. Both times the packages were damaged. But they didn’t want to say they did it.

I sent an employee to you to fix an issue with a package that had been sent from California.The package was addressed wrong and that was a mistake on our part.The package was sent back to a facility in Kansas city from Tonganoxie.My employee asked if it could be retrieved.Your staff wasn't very forthcoming with info if it could be or not.He was then told it would be sent back to Tonganoxie as it was flagged.It was not sent back To tongi as promised.He was also told he would be called and kept in the loop as to the package whereabouts.This never happened.All in all there was little to no help from your location.Shame on you!!!this is your neighbor and he needed your help.My company needed your help.You literally lied as well as put in no effort to help.Your posture and demeanor at the time was unprofessional and we felt there was an issue but could do nothing.This caused my company much grief as well as lost time and money plus hurt feelings.I will make sure my money goes to UPS next time.

Just got my mail & the mail carrier tried to shove my mail & 2 packages in my mailbox. The bigger package was literally only in my mailbox by like 3 inches ! The remaining 12 inches or more of the package was hanging out of my mailbox!!

My mail has been in other boxes ALOT. Also, mail was in grass next to the box for our apt complex. Would be nice if the mail was placed in the appropriate box, or even the box itself. Sundance apartment complex. Would be nice to talk to a real person on the phone when I called. BTW it gave NO option to speak to a representative. No option for message either.
