I cannot say enough good things about Pleasant Valley. Dr. Simon and Dr. Servos have both seen my dogs and always explain everything so we understand. We recently had to make the difficult decision to put our 14 year old lab down. Dr. Walston (who we had never met before) was amazing. She was so kind and compassionate and told us everything that would happen before she did it. She made a hard day a little bit better. Our kids were there and she made sure they were comfortable and that they understood everything. We still take our other 14 year old lab there and will continue to do so along with any other animals in our future. Truly the best vet clinic in town.

Had to bring my beagle mix Cooper in for an allergic skin rash. Dr. Simon is wonderful. Cooper just loves her and her recommended treatment is having positive results. I'm very relieved about that as Coper was really in a lot of discomfort. I, we, always have a positive experience at Pleasant Valley, the staff is wonderful as well and our visits are always followed up with a phone call to see how 'The Patient" is doing. I highly recommend them.

Very responsive and organized practice, the staff are incredibly patient and knowledgeable. They took the time my very difficult horse needed, didn’t rush her, and handled the visit calmly, compassionately, and with a good sense of humor.

They took my two cats in the same day I called ...new patients even!They were so great with my cats and I received a lot of information about diabetes in cats that I didn't know. It's going to make things much easier for my cat and for me! Everyone was awesome..... it's so obvious they truly care about your pets!I will never go anywhere else! I HIGHLY recommend Pleasant Valley!

Super impressed by every aspect of this practice! Megan at the front desk was so sweet to Gracie (lots of treats!) & we had a lovely chat while I waited. It was short tho & Kinley came to take us to the room which was large, clean & well equipped. We began discussing Gracie's arthritis & I looked over to see the vet on the floor engaging with my dog! Dr. Holstrom was so kind & extremely thorough with Gracie's exam. I had questions about some lumps & how to treat them. She gave me several options & explained them thoroughly. We reviewed all of Gracie's health matters. Head to toe. The Dr. & Kinley really made me feel like they cared about Gracie & her well being. They were so great with my dog, but also fantastic with me, too. It was so nice to talk with them. This was my first visit to Pleasant Valley & they've got it ALL right. Lovely, clean, well maintained building & exam rooms; warm, friendly receptionists; short wait times; knowledgeable Dr. who is as good with people as she is with animals; technology (a very useful & easy to use app); & all these people are loving on my dog every step of the way. This is our retirement home so we are customers forever! I have already recommended Pleasant Valley to family and friends!
