I had cancelled an order via the phone and had requested a different size. The order was received in the incorrect size. Susan graciously listened to my concerns and promptly took care of my issue, including providing a credit for the return shipping. Excellent customer service.

Shamara Wright was very helpful to me this morning. I have a knit jacket on backorder at PC, and periodically my credit card is checked for payment ability. Every time that happens my credit card company freezes my card and issues a fraud alert. With Shamara's help I have now changed the card on file. She also suggested that I see if a store has an item available if I need the item sooner than the backorder will permit. She was pleasant and gracious the whole time.

I am a many year "veteran" of Peruvian Connection, ordering from the mother of the current owner, Annie. Today I had the pleasure of assistance by Julie when I was conflicted about the size of a dress. I just want to ackknowledge the excellent Customer service I received and felt that she went the extra mile for me. These days, unfortunately, that doesn't always happen. Cheers for Julie!!
