Horrible experience, constant miscommunication with multiple sources related to H& R block. Unnecessarily time consuming! I don't think we will use H&R block again after this year! If it wasn't for Cassie & Vonda ,(Tonganoxie KS. Location), trying so hard to help us, going above and beyond to make up for all the issues we experienced we would of walked out and not even giving them our business this year! I no longer recommend H&R Block!

Don't waste your time or money at this location Eric Coleman doesn't know how to do his job correctly and is a liar point blank. I'm on phone with headquarters making a complaint and will never use h&r block ever again! Thanks Eric for nothing and lying to me about my return and how much I'm getting!
