Paul’s service was the best experience we’ve had since buying our 5th wheel. Paul took the time to ask questions, research the cost of a new water heater and installed it for us. I cannot recommend him enough and will use him again in the future and recommend him to all my camping friends! Thanks Paul!

We are first time RV owners. Bought a 10 year old 5th wheel and had a list of issues and a few general operations questions. Paul’s a busy guy as you’d expect, middle of the season. Took some time but we got our schedules together and he came out and went through the RV with me front to back. Took my list plus a few more items and returned with his delightful wife and parts a few weeks later. Definitely my go to guy.

Aquahot troubleshooting and part assistance. Paul and Lisa are not only friendly and helpful but fair and honest. Paul has a wealth of knowledge and graciously was willing to help us troubleshoot so we can try and fix it ourselves. Very much appreciate them. Great people!

First (and lasting) impression is EXCELLENT! Paul was actually able to make it earlier than the appointment. He did a MaxFan install, Bigfoot Leveler repair and a wellness check on the AC and roof. A bonus that he shared a couple of maintenance tips for the slides! Well worth the peace of mind. Highly recommend.Service: Air conditioning

I used this company to service the furnace in my travel trailer. Paul came to where I store my trailer, took the furnace out, and cleaned out the wasp nests that were causing the racket I heard when it was on. He then reassembled and tested the furnace to ensure that all of the nests were gone and that the furnace was working properly. Paul was very thorough, and the charges incurred were more than reasonable. Both Paul and Lisa are very nice people, and easy to work with. I recommend this company highly.

I made an appointment over the phone with Paul and all seemed well. The day he was supposed to arrive for our 10am appointment he was a no-show. I called him and he exasperatedly told me that he had called me earlier and left a voicemail. Apparently his first appointment of the day was faster than expected and he wanted to come early. Indeed I had missed a call from him at 8:45am and left a voicemail asking me to call him but no other details in the message. Since I had not answered, instead of honoring our 10am appointment he went to another visit in a city 20 min. away and skipped ours. I agreed to have him call me later in the afternoon and that he would come by then to look at our RV. Surprise - he never called or showed up. Very unprofessional to to say the least.

This is an RV technician who comes to your RV. We found that very convenient. He found our problem and quickly repaired. Very reasonable service fee and hourly charge.

This was a great experience! Paul was right on time, and got my wheel bearings repacked, and some replaced Cleaned and inspected my brakes, and fixed the water heater. All for a reasonable price.Thank you for the great service. Highly recommended!
