Absolutely great drug store! I've been coming here for several years. The owner and head Pharmacist name is Sarah. She generally isn't there on Wednesday. This place goes out of their way to help and get you whatever is needed. They have also ordered in medications if they don't have them in stock and are generally there the next day! I drive 2 hours round trip to have my medications filled here because I have that much trust in them. Also have a wide variety of things to purchase inside the store including Tonganoxie gear. Great staff and awesome place! Highly recommend!

Thanks to Chelsea for making liquid clindamycin bearable to just squirt in my toddlers mouth!!! Instead of trying to mask it with food!!

sarah the owner of downtown drug is probably the rudest people I have ever have the displeasure to deal with ! The last time I was in her pharmacy I was getting a prescription that I had never taken before so I asked her when I picked up my prescription what side effects this drug might have and this is what she said “ No more than any other blood pressure medicine “ about as hateful as she could I tried to call the next day with no success and no return can to talk to her about my problem I guess she doesn’t need me as a customer

MUST read... Upon release from the hospital my father needed a whole new round of medicine. Many being liquids for his nebulizer. When I called to confirm that they had everything and it was ready to be picked up on our way home I was informed of the costs when I asked.

I love this store. I only used this store because I was working in the area, I live 25 miles from the store but still use it for my pharmacy needs. It's worth the extra drive. The workers are always pleasant and informative and when one of my prescriptions was less expensive without my insurance they told me and I always got my med for almost $40. less. Now that's honesty and REAL customer service. They care about their customers and it's proof in the puddin', it's not ALL about the money. Barbara
