“I called and spoke to Randy about an issue I ran into with my son’s car. He said to have it towed to their place and he would call me once they’d had a chance to assess the car. Randy called me back very quickly with an assessment of the issues along with a quote for the repairs. They had it do e when they said they would and the final bill was the same as the quote. Highly recommend!!!”

The receptionist that answered my call about my daughters tire was extremely professional and caring.
The Lugnuts on my daughters tire were over torqued last time it was there a few months ago. Which none of the service technicians that came to try to change the tire were able to get it off because of that.
I didn’t know what to do which is why I reached out to them since that’s where my daughters car was last. They kindly sent one of their guys where my daughters car was to get the lug nuts off. Matt was God sent he came out of his way 30mins before Harold’s closed to do this for my daughter at no charge.

Took our car in for oil issues and they replaced the part they thought was the issue but we were still having issues so they took it back in and went to work on trying to find the problem. Paul went above and beyond with my warranty company trying to get the repair covered. The customer service was not only the best I've ever had at any mechanic, it was one of the best in general! Will definitely be going there for any future repairs I need!”
“Tim did a great job on my 2015 F150. They replaced the cab corners as well as did some rocker panel work. He also worked on one quarter panel. The work was professionally done and he also took time to explain how to avoid some of these issues moving forward. He runs a professional shop with skilled people. Great work!!!!!! The place was full when I arrived but they served me quickly. Get there early if you can. Oh my, they put 4 new tires on me and balanced them. The price, to every mother!! Very happy!
