They said they will pick up on Monday and no answer. Tuesday they do not call and do not answer cell phone. I called 10 times. Texting them 8 times. Do not even think about this company with this kind of behavior. Unprofessional!!! I just wasted 3 days!

I should have read the reviews first. I scheduled a with this company. Pick up was supposed to happen on a Monday...no pick up. Then a Tuesday...no pick up. Matthew wouldn't answer my call or respond to my text so I sent an email. At 11 pm he sent an email stating it would be picked up the following day. NOPE! ...not going to make a fool of me 3 times. I canceled and requested a refund...No response. I shouldn't have to dispute the charge, but I will. I will NEVER use this company again.

These guys border on fraudulent! Do NOT do business with this company. They gave me wrong information, failed to pick up my car, never return phone calls, flat out lie and now refuse to refund my deposit after I cancelled the service.
