“I have loved being with R-G from the moment I transferred my $ from the other. Everyone is so friendly, sweet and AMAZING. However, Karla, in Belton, needs a shout out!! She went above and beyond her job. Recently we lost our 24yr old daughter. As many parents do, I have life insurance on all 3 of our littles. Never did I think I would have to cash in. We received a notice saying 30-45 days to submit and be approved. 1 month came & went, 2 months. I called our insurance company and they said they sent it over a month ago. No email, no letter, no call, nothing to say it was approvedand to look for it. The companyhad the nerve to ask me if I noticed the missing money. We live paycheck to paycheck, it's not like it could be overlooked. Nut theyd look into it and call my next Tuesday.I called the 800 number for R-G and this amazing angel of a lady, with THE BEST customer service answered the phone. She helped as much as she could (on a Friday at 4p) and said she'd call back Monday afternoon. Sure enough, she called. Money never came. I called the insurance company they said to give them another day and someone would call me back. I received a call on Friday, from....KARLA AT R-G, the bank received the money. Do i want it in checking or Savings? Like, WOW!! Did my insurance comp call? Nope. Still, 2 weeks later, haven't heard a peep.Karla, was so very sweet, sympathetic, empathetic and had so much patience with me.We're never going anywhere else!!”

“Scott at the 151st Street branch has been very helpful on two occasions lately. I unfortunately had to get a new debit card in early December due to fraud. When my new card arrived I couldn’t activate it. Scott got that sorted for me.Today I had to return as my two previous attempts to activate my Apple Pay had failed. Scott made some calls and found out the expiration date was wrong.Thank you Scott for your prompt attention and great attitude.”

“Why are we glad that we Bank with Enterprise Bank & Trust on Clairborne in Olathe?I was reminded why again yesterday...Yesterday was a rough day for me timing wise, and I didn't make it to the bank until 13 minutes before closing. I hated to be making a commercial deposit with hundreds of bills and coins, but it was the month end.Entering apprehensively, I was greeted with a nice welcome and a huge smile from a new Team Member I had never met. I apologized for what I was about to drop on him, and he smiled again and said not to worry, it was his pleasure to help!Justin may have only started a couple of weeks ago, but he has a great attitude and gave me great Customer Service. He worked through my deposit only to have some wrinkled bills jam the bill counter. Although Justin needed some help from another Team Member to get through multiple jams, he never got frustrated, he stayed focused, and was willing to learn how to fix/ avoid jams in the future.At the end of the deposit, it was only a few minutes past closing, and Justin and the whole Team, thanked me again, even after I kept them a little late. How nice, as I didn't want to be "that guy" racing in at closing... and they all made me feel important.Justin will be an excellent asset to the Team of caring Associates at Enterprise Bank & Trust.You should give them your business. “I was in a real bind and could not get through to the location I usually bank at. I had made many calls and could not get through to a human being. I returned a VM from the location at 135th and State Line and was lucky enough to reach Tyler. He took the time to really listen to my problem and let me know he had to look into a solution and would call me back. Tyler called me back within 10 minutes needing some information. He handled multiple calls to another bank to verify status on a check I had presented and confirmed the information needed to fix my problem. He then called me back after everything just to confirm I was good to go. Throughout the calls, he was extremely friendly and empathetic. You are hard pressed to find the level of service that Tyler provided me today. I just wanted to let your team know how great he was to work with and I will be using his location as my primary banking location from now on even though it is 30 minutes away from me.”

One exceptional employee who goes above and beyond EACH and every time to accommodate not only myself but my Medical Service Dog, Zoosk! All I have to do is mention “Lillian” and he gets the Zoomies! He is greeted with treats they’ve made sure are ok to give him and Lillian takes the time, sometimes way more than she should, to talk to this old empty nester…The Branch manager Nina, is ALWAYS on hand or picks up when I call with a question. Customer service like this is really tough to find in this new AI world. Sometimes we want that “Lillian Rusoe” smile/laugh or the Manager, Nina Lowry’s “Well, where have you two been?” You’ll never get that from a bot! I deal with the branch at 13701 Metcalf and I can't say enough good things about the staff there. I have never had anything but a highly positive experience. Their customer service is absolutely top notch. Kassi Simpson, the branch manager, has always gone the extra mile to help my wife and I. She helped us with business dealings, with notary signatures on a family member's estate (so many times I can't count) and many other financial obligations.
