Not sure what is going on with the USPS across the country. I received a birthday card 14 days after it was mailed from North Carolina. Now, the payment I mailed to Capital One in California two weeks ago STILL HASN’T ARRIVED. I have zero faith in our USPS now. Will now avoid mailing anything, even if I have to drive it to local entities.

Horrible customer service. Will drive into Olathe next time. Guy behind the counter didn't even operate the tape gun to close a package. Top was an inch open. I asked to do it myself. Next visit, fragile stamp smeared all over package. Worthless

The whole team is great but I always look forward to seeing Daniel while I'm there. I can ask him questions like "how do I address a letter?" without being judged. Y'all are great!

The Spring Hill Post Office is my og, the place it all began. This place has supplied me with stamps for years and years. The service is always wonderful and the staff is so friendly. They stock me with American flag stamps and postcard stamps. Even more, they get mail to my childhood home every single day. And, as we know, the Post Office is a pillar of American democracy. Thank you Spring Hill branch of the USPS!

Go to Stillwell for assistance! No knowledge of their own limited products at this location. Can't answer simple questions correctly. Typical government employees here. Your hard earned dollars don't matter to them.

As a business I ship items out everyday using mostly USPS and I schedule pick ups.For nearly 4 weeks they stopped picking up on Weds.I finally called and was nice about it.So, they don't pick up the Weds, Thursday, and then pick up at 7 A.M. On Friday before I had a chance to put the items out.I get that USPS is overwhelmed but I have always been very nice and polite to the drivers while spending tens of thousands of dollars a year in shipping so I have to say this was really unnecessary.

You might want to teach your drivers that if a package doesn't fit in the mailbox, then they need to get out of their car and take it to the door. I spent quite a while trying to pry a package out of my mailbox this morning because it didn't fit. And the best part was, I had just pulled into my driveway as the driver was trying to put it in the mailbox. She could have got out of her car and met me in the driveway but I guess she was too lazy. Now the package is messed up and it was a Christmas present. Do better.
