This is a small 24 hour gym that should fill most people's needs. High quality treadmills, stairclimber, a Bench setup. It's always super clean, and the people are all nice. My only complaint is how often people don't rerack the weights, but I would highly recommend this gym!

I've been a member here for about 12 years. It's very convenient & has everything I need. The owner is nice and keeps it clean. Great people work out there and I'm happy to have it in the community!

We are a 2,800 sf community gym located in Spring Hill, Kansas. We offer our members a clean, well-lit, 24/7 workout environment. Our facility features all Cybex equipment.
