Great people. Sam was very helpful in loading my Dixie Chopper onto a trailer when it seemed there was no way it would fit. He brought out the forklift and got it done!

Professional and friendly experience, start to finish. Riding mower, push mower, and weed trimmer serviced. They were upfront and transparent about repairs/service needed and potential costs along they way. Timely pick up and delivery as well. Equipment works great again!

What fabulous service I received from HERS. They fixed both my powerwasher and my push mower and they were extremely fair. I will take all my power tools to them in the future. They are exceptional people.

I highly recommend H. E.R.S if you need a cable or all the services that they offer. I had a old International truck parking cable brake and they were able to make one that fit and works better than the original one..

Sam and Cathy,I wanted to reach out as a first time customer and tell you both that I truly was impressed with the hometown atmosphere and the professional service that I received. Yes, it is a bit out of our way, but worth the service that you provided.It was also nice that the technician Sam was patient as he answered my questions and showed me some other equipment that someday we may need.It is nice to know that the technicians can be trusted and that they inform the client of the needed repairs or maintenance. There are too many businesses that just take your money whether you need the service or not.I also liked that we could pick up our equipment on Saturday up till noon.Again, Thanks again for the pleasant experience.
