OTR driver. Place is unorganized and slow. Called the phone number for shipping, no answer. Did that serveral times. Had an appointment to pick up a loaded trailer that was supposed to be ready between 0400 and 0600. They didn't start loading the trailer until after i got here at 0637. Took them a couple hours to get that done..

OTR Driver here. Picked up here. I been here before, basically it's as other drivers have stated. You call the phone # on the sign and check on your load, if ready follow their instructions, if load not ready they'll ask you to call back/or take your phone #, and tell you to park somewhere down the road. Many drivers head down the road and turn around at the cul de sac and park on the right side of street until load is ready, just don't park in the cul de sac as you'll get a ticket. Loading was good once given a dock, app.one hr. No ovnp at facility.Nearest CAT Scale is at the Shell Truck Stop appx 8 miles., theirs also a TA appx. 9 miles away(depending how you go to TA,watch for DOT Scales, I always use the Shell Truck Stop to avoid any issues)

Drivers lined up around the block to get in. Not a very smooth check in process. Had to call their number from your cell phone. Just was not efficient at all. A lot of drivers standing around waiting because you couldn't get through to anyone. Took me about 90 minutes to get into here and checked in. Arrived at 1100 and docked at 1250 all due to check in holdup. Once docked things ran smoothly

Arrived at 12:00 for a 14:00 appointment. Pulled out before 13:00. No complaints. They inspect trailers so long as there's no holes you'll be fine.

I had a morning 5AM pickup and the company name is different than what it shows on google and Rate Con. No where in dark you can find the address or company name. But still I went In and the on Driver CheckIN door I found A&M that was a bit comforting. Thereafter it was all smooth as other day they loaded in less than 30mins. Quick and easy.

Fast loading, but the overall experience I had at this place was overshadowed by the fact that some of these employees seem to have a chip on thier shoulder.I observed one spotter truck driver having words with at least two other drivers. I believe he's got some mental problem.
