OTR driver. Place is unorganized and slow. Called the phone number for shipping, no answer. Did that serveral times. Had an appointment to pick up a loaded trailer that was supposed to be ready between 0400 and 0600. They didn't start loading the trailer until after i got here at 0637. Took them a couple hours to get that...
