“I been with first bank kansas since 2016 and this locations bank since 2018 ive never had a problem with them. When i lost my card on the east coast during the summer. they were able to lock it after i moved some cash to a different card (paypal). I would still be banking with them right now, but as of April 4 2024 i no longer live in kansas”

“New Commerical Line for A/R: the best banking customer service I've experienced from a bank. Of course, that's the benefit with going with a local bank versus the giants. This local bank, however, really clicked for us. Really enjoyed the sign up process, the security around submission, the fees and product offerings. PB&T is a great fit for our needs. We delivered against our custom and urgent need for 'cash now', and fast. Highly recommend you look at them if you seek a team-player in a bank.”
“I've been a Commerce Bank customer for years and NEVER Knew there was one in Hutchinson. I went in today for the 1st time before they closed and had a great experience.i was treated as if I was their first customer of the day not their last.
