Power goes out every time it sprinkles, sometimes even on days with perfect weather, it is legitimately at least 3-4 times a month.

Customer service was awesome today. My billing was off at no fault of theirs. Lady was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and got what I needed done. Thank you DSO customer service.

DS&O discounted us when we didn't get a disconnect letter. We just so happen to find out today it's disconnected with my kids in the house. We tried to call them to get a customer service not able to help us due to the fact that billing department close Hella early.now they are telling us we have to pay the whole bill... all of it. To get our power on. Just very low ball. We get off of work 1630.Update: we got ahold of billing this morning and only had to pay the 50 reconnecting fee. But I do wish if ever a next time a heads up. Human make mistakes and forget thing or think they paid for something. It would be best if a heads up.

0/10 stars. The company was supposed to disconnect my rental property two weeks ago. Luckily I just checked online and called since I could still see the account. The service lady told me she needed the exact day and time that I called A MONTH AGO to disconnect services in order to help me. Now I’m being charged for likely three weeks by the time they actually turn it off. Worst customer support ever. If there was any other power company in this town I would use them at my current house. All because the lady I originally spoke with couldn’t do her job.

We have been with DS&O for almost twenty years and have been very happy with the service. HOWEVER, recently, our power has been going out over the least little thing. We just had a rain shower…no wind, hail, lightning. You guessed it! No power.

Criminals, I was told to pay a bill after selling the house 4 years ago because it had a "revert back to owner" on it. If I sold the house I am obviously not the owner!! The clerk then said she was going to send me to collections for something I am not an owner of.
