Bill Wheatley was our first contact with WDR. His knowledge and ability to answer our questions instilled confidence regarding the project. We needed 8 windows and a storm door replaced. We wanted to go from Casement to Double Hung windows. Once we selected the products, Bill sent us a thorough Project Proposal.
Then the “A” team took over.
A very professional, pleasant and hard working team showed up on schedule (0700)
They were well equipped and organized.
The crew went from removal, preparation, install and trim to final inspection in 2 days.
All of our questions were answered and concerns addressed.
Look at the WDR web site Portfolio to see the results on our house, We will look to WDR for future projects without hesitation. (Their new showroom at Silverlake is a must see!)

We had new showers and counter tops done for two bathrooms. Aaron was easy to work with and the installation crew was great. They cleaned up each day before leaving and got the job done in four days! We are very happy with the work and would be glad to use them again in the future.

We had an old deck that needed a redesign. Mike Watkins was able to completely redesign our deck in a way that made it so much more usable. The entire project, including removal of the old deck only took around three weeks and the craftsmanship is amazing. We also appreciated that while the crews were working at our home, the job site was kept neat and clean. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and kind. We were kept well informed of the progress through the whole process. We would highly recommend Window Design and Remodeling.

Our home siding was old, tired, and brittle. Window Design & Remodeling did a fantastic job from the sales process to the installation of our new siding. Everyone was very friendly and professional and the quality of the work was excellent. We are extremely pleased with the transformation and new look of our home’s exterior.

In 2020 I had WD&R remove my deck and replace it with a beautiful sun room, I love that room. I also had them put a storage space under that room that is great in so many ways. When I decided to remodel my bathroom, I had no doubt who would do it and do it beautifully. The room looks like a new build room. An absolutely fantastic company! I met today with one of their salesmen, Mike Watkins, to get an estimate on a remodel and had the opportunity to tour their brand new showroom. The craftsmanship was impeccable, and the customer service was perfect. He was able to quickly answer all of my questions and made sure I understood the entire process. I was introduced to the owners of the company, as well as many other members of the staff, and they were all delightful to talk to, and genuinely interested in hearing my ideas for my remodel. I highly recommend giving them a call and setting up an appointment if you have any home projects you're looking to have done.

Our old deck was in dire need of replacement and was continuing to get worse as time progressed. We called multiple companies for bids for our project as we knew we wanted something that was going to be sturdy, functional and would last for many years. We chose Window Design & Remodeling and are extremely happy we did.
Mike arrived for our consultation and was the only one who made me feel like he was really listening to what we were wanting and was willing to help us make that happen. Mike put together a bid quickly for us and was willing to tweak it as needed before any contract was signed. Signing the contract for and scheduling the project was seemless. Mike kept us updated on the progress and made sure everything was ready when the project was ready to start.
J.R. and his crew arrived when scheduled and were ready to start the minute they arrived. Everything seemed very well orchestrated and the project moved quickly and smoothly even though we had weather issues and delays. J.R. and his crew were willing to answer questions and were not bothered by my checking on them and the progress. Our project was completed on time even with the weather delays and issues.
We are very impressed with the quality of work completed and the professionalism by all involved. Our expectations were not only met but were exceeded. Many compliments have been received for our new deck. This would not have been possible without Window Design & Remodeling and all of their dedicated employees.
