“I was in a couple of times recently. Once to withdraw some money and another for bringing coins in to be counted and deposited. There must have been a shortage of help the day of the withdrawal because there was quite a delay in getting the cash that I wanted to withdraw But nice teller lady who waited on me kept checking with me and assured me the the money would be brought to me as soon as possible. Although it appeared that she was a recent hire, her customer relation skills were excellent.”
