“I had a great experience with Amber when I was opening my first checking account with CoreFirst. She was very informative and gave me detailed instructions on what to do to set up online banking. I was at first unsure on what account I wanted to open, but she explained each one and detail and guided me to the right one.”
“I don't know enough to deduct stars but a suggestion is to check out the business hours of other local banks. There's no such thing as bankers hours, (9-5), anymore. Banks close between 6pm and 8pm nowadays.”

“My account has been hacked three times in the last 6 months (wait, the story has a happy ending!). I came into the Topeka branch at 17th and Gage with the intent of closing my accounts. Each episode has been a major inconvenience.Assistant Branch Manager Aminah Tiller calmly (I had a bit of an attitude) and professionally restricted my account usage to allow outstanding checks to clear and preventing outside access to the account, opened a new one, and ordered a new debit card and checks.Fraud Manager Aly Simons was courteous and responsive when there was a glitch and my card was restricted from my own use while trying to purchase gas in Missouri.Thanks to the professional handling of this matter by Aminah and Aly, I have decided to retain Cap-Fed as my banking partner.Please do what you can to shore up security to discourage frequent intrusions on accounts.”
