I had new insurance and was confused about it. Amber went the extra mile to find out exactly how it was going to work for me. She was so patient and kind. I love Westglen and all its doctors and staff. Would not want to go anywhere else!

Sara demonstrated integrity and unmatched customer support, which led to an Outstandingly Superb Customer Experience!! Andrea Beatty is absolutely the best physician to see for eye care!! Westglen Eye Care will always be my go-to place for the finest eye care around!!

I called in to see if they had a large selection of glasses to choose from, which the optician that answered verified that they did. I actually have to see a Neuro Ophthalmologist, and a Low Vision Specialist due to an eye condition that I have. It has been a while since I have been able to wear glasses, and she was so friendly and helpful. Ask for Amber and she will definitely take care of you.

Loved the place when I started coming 4+ years ago but it's going down hill now. Went in for an eye appointment back in the spring. First the camera they use to take a picture of your eye was broken and they explained they would have to dilate my eyes to which I politely declined. I had to get back to work right after my appointment and could not do that with the dilation treatment. The support staff rolled their eyes at me and I could hear them gossiping about it in the hallway. They didn't even bother to shut the door. When the doctor came in he just looked inside my eyes and said they were fine. It's taken over 3 months to get my bill and they failed to run my insurance properly after I gave it to them twice. It is the same insurance as I had when I started going there, just an updated version. Save your money and go somewhere cheaper. Premium price does not equal premium service anymore.

Terrible customer service. Walked in and was looking for glasses and not one associate greeted or approached us. Everyone was just standing around talking like it’s social hour and talking. Stood there for about 15 minutes and walked out. Would not recommend going there if you want good service or atleast someone to assist you.

I got hit in the eye and needed to have it evaluated to ensure it was not serious. They were fantastic, they worked to find a quick appointment time for me and really helped me handle the evaluation since I don't handle eye exams very well. I have seen two of their doctors, they were both great.

I've been going to WestGlen Eyecare for over 10 years. I like that it's a woman owned business and they treat me well. I still go there although I've moved a nice distance away from the location. They know me and I know them so it works! You can even purchase your eye wear there too.

Been going to WestGlen Eye Care for at least 7+ years. Have bought three pairs of glasses and hundreds of contacts from them. The last time I was in was April and had an eye exam and purchased contacts. I was told that it would be cheaper to do self pay instead of my insurance so that’s what I did. Two weeks later I get a bill in the mail for $40.00.Fast forward; went in last week because my prescription changed after my gastric bypass surgery and was told I would have to pay the $40.00 balance today. I asked what it was for and was told because my insurance required it and it was the “law” that they have to collect it. Well I did self pay last time so what does Insurance have to do with it?? So it sounds to me like they were paid twice for the same exam. My self pay and the insurance company.I was ready to purchase a new pair of glasses ($500.00) and contacts ($200.00?) last week until my unpleasant experience with the “billing department”.So over $40.00, they just lost $700.00 sale just in this visit from me. A customer that’s been loyal to them for a long time and supported local businesses have lost me as a customer for life.AND THEY DON’T CARE!!

I went into Westglen for my annual eye appointment (which I scheduled through text messages, which was so easy) and had excellent customer service and care from everyone I encountered. Megan was the technician and ran me through several tests prior to the visit with Eric Beatty, OD. She was polite and friendly and very efficient. Dr. Beatty was able to correct my near vision with contact lenses so now I don't have to rely on reading classes for ALL near work, which has been a huge improvement in my life! Ivy the receptionist helped me pay my bill and gave me copies of receipts quickly and easily when I requested these. I have been going here the past several years and have always had exceptional care!
