This place is full of rude employees that have not been trained in any kind of customer service. In fact, most of them are screwing around with each other not even caring if the customers hears or they are in the way. The self check outs are hit or miss on whether or not they work and you will not know until you are half way done checking your items before an error will show up. The unhelpful employee will grudgingly come over to tell you to move to another register. Guess what. It happened on that register too! After unbagging my items from the first time and having to take everything off of the belt that did not work (the rude employee told us that it has been that way for days), which the customer is expected to do, not the employees, this employee had the gall to tell me that she is a cashier. WHAT??!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? IT LOOKS LIKE I AM THE CASHIER. I AM THE ONE RINGING THINGS UP, BAGGING THINGS UP. YOU JUST SIT THERE AND WATCH AND TALK TO THE OTHER EMPLOYEES! The self check outs are idiotic. Employees want a higher wage? For what? Everything is being put on the customer to handle. Am I going to be paid for my time being a cashier? Bagging the items?? It would have gone so much quicker if an ACTUAL employee did the cashiering, providing the knew how to do that. Or at least offer to assist in some way seeing how I had to move my groceries TWICE to another register. I basically filled my cart three times with the same groceries while being watched by the "cashier" who could not be bothered. Don't expect to have a pleasant shopping experience at this location.

This Walmart pharmacy is awesome. Been going for quite some time and never a bad experience. Seth the manager runs a tight and communicative staff. Want to give a shout-out to LaDonna for her patience, knowledge and great customer service. If you want a 'no sting' immunization, Seth is a pro at providing quick and pain-free shots.

I drove my mother to this pharmacy today who happens to have sicle cell between 12:30 and 1:30. I waited near the beauty items for her. While I was waiting a man came up behind her with his mask pulled down barely covering his upper lip let alone his nose within maybe a couple of feet of my mother.The man was speaking over my mother (nearly yelling) about how he couldn't locate bar soap of all things. Somehow this took precedence over my ill mother who was there to buy medicine for her blood disorder that leaves her vulnerable to covid 19. The pharmacist proceeded to politely address this man's concern over his lack of being able to find soap instead of addressing his lack of social distancing and his refusal to wear a mask.After seeing this I walked over and stood by my ill mother that the pharmacist had no concern for. I was then yelled at for doing so and was told to get in line and not to crowd the register.My concern here is the complete disregard for government mandates as well as my mother. Then the lack of respect I was shown when I had just watched someone break multiple ordinances and be treated with decency and kindness. I don't know if this was a race thing or not and hate to even mention it but my mother and me are both Black and the other customer is Caucasian. I know we will never step foot in this store again.

I have lived in about 10 different cities and have shopped at Walmart stores in every one of them. Most of the persons that worked there were cordial, and helpful. Some went out of their way to help a customer.I moved to the Shawnee KS area and started shopping at the Walmart grocery store #5308.I have never seen a store manager from Walmart or any other store who has been more arrogant, rude, inconsiderate, non-customer service oriented to the point of ignoring the customers and in some cases belittling them. When I asked other customers about her behavior they said her behavior has been that way for some time.When you bring this to Walmart's ethics attention they do nothing and they come back and say you have to go through the manager who is the problem. And she retaliates against the customer who turned her in, directing her subordinate to treat that customer poorly which they do. Walmart why don't you fix this situation. she continues to pull this crap

I use curbside pickup and I have never had a problem with wait time. I have mostly refills. They text me when ready for pickup. They are always right out and very pleasant.

I Just bought groceries here. I normally like this store but the elderly black guy that checked me out today was beyond awful. He was excruciatingly slow and had to slowly search the reference chart for every vegetable. While he was checking me out he pulled his mask down to yell across the store at another employee asking to go on break. When he was done with his maskless across the the store yelling conversation, he started handling my groceries without putting his mask back on. I was torn. Do I want him to touch his face again while he's handling my groceries? I decided to ask him nicely to put his mask back on which resulting in him shooting back with "I'm probably healthier than you are" and proceeded to curse me under his breath. He did put his mask back on but left it below his nose. A clear sign of eff you. Finally someone relieved him so he could go on his break that he was yelling about. When he left he was still cursing me and told the other employee as he was leaving that I was going to be trouble. I think I'll find somewhere else to shop from now on if this is the type of person this store chooses to employ. It would also be good if the store properly trained their employees on the use of a mask. I'm done with this place. Never again.

I want to give a shout-out to all employees of this Walmart Pharmacy. Having been going here for a few years with zero negative experience, the Pharmacists have always been very helpful, listen to their customers and give true, accurate times of when a prescription will be ready. For my last visit on 12/21/2019, wish to give thanks to LaDonna and Seth for their excellent customer service.

Condescending and judgmental. When I called to find out if my doctor had sent a script to this pharmacy as it was where I had requested, I didn't expect to get condescension and judging from the person who answered the phone. Now I know to expect that and I will be going to a different pharmacy.

The service at the auto shop was the worst I have ever experienced. It took 4 hours to get 3 tires replaced and adjusted. Though it those 4 hours I had to beg to get help and even the manager was useless. I will never use their automotiv department again. I shouldn't have to beg to get respectable service. On top of that, my bill was almost $400, but the service I received was worth $15. DO NOT USE THIS WALMARTS AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE. I wish I could leave zero stars.

This the worst pharmacy ever, so happy I'll be done with them this month! I dread every time I have to come here. Today, they've had a pain medication Rx for over 3 hours and I'm still waiting on it. Idiots! You should be ashamed!
