Always an issue. Plenty of business given to Walgreens over time. Several scripts filled. Seems to find a reason not to fill a script. Ongoing issue. Moved scripts to another Pharmacy.

Pharmacist saw me waiting in line to pick up my medicine. I was behind one customer and she proceeded to shut it down in my face when it was my turn. What a dumb bitch, inconsiderate and terrible customer service. This is the second time this has happened. Like they just hired a bunch of dumb asses. Really needed this prescription and now I have to wait when I went during the hours they are supposed to be open. These people clearly don't give a shit about their customers.

I just got out of the hospital ER with a migrain and blood pressure making my head pound and my sight feeling like stabbing wounds in my both my eyes. Went to walgreens drive thru to pickup new migrain meds the doctor call in about an hour and 15 minutes before. Pharmacy tech told me to come back tomorrow. I asked to speak with the pharmacist and explained I needed this med right away. The pharmacist told me to come back before they close to see if they would have it done or tomorrow. Obviously neither of these two have ever had a migrain or really care about their customers. Ove been coming to the shawnee mission parkway and Nieman road location for 15 years and they know my face. Shame on these careless thoughtless people that think they are too busy to give aid to someone obviously struggling and in pain. The Dr said this is a prepackaged blister pack with 12 pills so there is nothing for them to do ir count they just needed to print a label. This pharmacy over the years has gone down hill and been known for poor service but this is far beyond poor service this is just a do not care attitude that has become the way they operate and these folks should all be fired and replaced with fresh blood with a helping state of mind and a caring attitude. I will have a friend come back and pick this up simply because my head hurts way to bad to be driving a car back and forth. I will also never come back to this pharmacy and tell everyone I can what a worthless bunch of clock punchers that do not care about the customers they have working here including the pharmacist on duty that said he was too busy to make a label for this med.

It's rare but the few times I've needed to go inside the store the staff has always been fairly nice and helpful if asked. I go here for most of my prescriptions, they have a great text and email set up to remind when to refill & when medications are ready to pick up. There have only been a couple times they were out of a specific medication I take, if they were out they were able to check & confirm another store we could take it or we could wait for them to order more (which is always a really quick turn around.) One of the times they were out a technician actually told me that I could call them a day or two before I would be bringing it in & letting them know what medication so if they wouldn't have enough they could place the order ahead of time to ensure that they had enough on hand when I came to drop off my prescription. It's close, they have mostly great staff members, and hands down have been the best pharmacy around me!

Second time I've had a prescription here. First time I came 3 hours after my doctors appointment and it wasn't ready. Waited 7 hours this time. Not ready again. Absolutely crazy.
