I specifically told the man behind the counter the problems I was having and he just kept acting like I didn't know what I was talking about then proceeded to sell me a vape with the same problem got a 5000 puff dispo and it didn't last 100 puffs they are rude and try to make u think you are wrong when u are not all the guy with the gages did was want to make money he didn't want to help. Do not go to, go to vapor maven. Thank you for lying to me again

I have spent thousands of dollars at this store, however. I bought 2 batteries last week. For some strange reason, the batteries won't hold a charge and take a full day to charge. I took them back to the store as I feel that after being a loyal customer for years now, they might change them out or minimally take a look. Instead, I was told that I was not treating the batteries well. He also mentioned that he was concerned that I was trying to bring back my old batteries, which led me to get angry, which i should not have.I manage a store myself and never accuse a customer of being the problem. After the accusation, I asked if he was willing to lose a customer, that literally had bought 4 mods. All my juices as well as coils over a battery. The gentleman said yes! I'm extremely disappointed! He is maybe a manager but does not know how to handle an issue.The funny thing is that he sold me the batteries. He was implying that I maybe was trying to give him my old batteries?He told me that he has worked there for 2 and a half years. I've been a loyal customer for 5 years. He definitely does not appreciate the importance of regulars. And treated me like I was shady.I won't be back at that store and will only maybe buy juice until I get my rewards as I still have points with the store. The owner has helped me many times, and I was told he is away, which is a pity. To lose a customer over $20 says a lot. You need to minimally care or pretend to care about who walks in your business. If you can't. You should not work with customers at all. Never accuse the customer of being shady. That just elevates a situation that could of been handled with grace and respect.Batteries don't charge past 3%. Had for 1 week only and tried charging with several of my devices.

Great store with a great selection of products, a little pricy but the friendly staff is super helpful and informative and helps you make the right choice of device or disposables for you. Definitely worth visiting for your vaping needs.

I come here because MOST the people are nice. Now the only person I see is this little man child with long hair. Attitude, rude and threw a pack of coils at me. He messed up then when replacing he gave me a partial box. It's been 3 months straight of dealing with him he needs to go. This is not the first time he has messed up a transaction, rolling his eyes, attitude, rude towards my wife and I.So thank you for ruining the rest of my Father's Day.

Man Luke out here killing it bro!! I’m from California and I’ve been staying out here In Missouri for the past 3 weeks now. I was looking around for some smoke shops but man I was searching around and some stores had some dogs for sale man that didn’t really catch my eyes till I some pictures of this store and it seemed very very clean. So I showed up and Luke welcomed us in. I told him I was looking for some vapes and he started walking me through some vapes he had helped me with my price range. Ended up buying my first vape, price is right!! Will be coming here for my next visit.

My son lived in the apartments behind this shop and went there every single day.They grew close to each other.The owner even asked my son if he’d be interested in rearranging and setting up the pieces on display.The night of October 2, 2022 my son was murdered.2 days before he was killed I was at his apartment and during our conversation he was telling me about a piece he had special ordered.A couple days after my son’s funeral I went to this vape shop and talked with the owner.He was sharing how close my son and him had grown to be and that he considered my son as his own brother.This man, the owner of this vape shop is a one of a kind. He’s an amazing human being and his prices are fare.

Walked in and the guy at the computer didn’t even bother getting up. Asked him about prices and he mumbled so bad had to ask a couple more times. I almost felt like I was bothering him so we just left. Prices are ridiculously over priced, unless I heard his mumbles wrong. I like their selections but they need to do better with their customer service.
