If I could give them 0 star's I would. The Indian guy is racist towards my husband. He was rude to me when I asked why he couldn't give my husband the package with my name on it.

Do you feel like the post office is the absolute worst place to go? This location will 100% confirm that belief - shout out to shell of a human being with no customer service skills who is in charge. One star because there was no line.

DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE! The associate Dan is useless and the "manager" is even worse. I called the branch several times to inquire about passport services and they do not answer phones. When I came in (after having my husband take off work) they claimed they don't accept walk ins for passports and refused to help because the "cut off" is at 4. This is not listed on their website and they don't answer the phone. They provided me with conflicting information and were extremely hostile. They need to be reported to the state because this is unacceptable service. Go to a different branch with people who actually know how to do their jobs.

I have used a number of USPS locations around the metro with my job and this one tends to have the shortest line and the most helpful staff. Unlike another reviewer said, I have had someone answer the phone promptly all 3 times I've called (unlike the Union Station office, where I have never been answered).

New review - We moved and this post office has been holding our mail hostage for 3 weeks now. They refuse to make or give us the key to our mailbox at our new neighborhood. We were told it could take a few days, but it's been 3 weeks. I have informed delivery turned on, and we are missing out on time-sensitive letters due to the move. Every time I go in, they say "it's not ready yet", with an unknown time to complete. Criminal organization.

Constantly getting other people’s mail. I’m not talking about previous resident; I’m talking neighbors. In turn, I’ve had very important mail go completely missing without a trace. I’ve talked and spoken with their manager and staff here and am told the same thing each time; that they’ll address it with their carriers. Except it hasn’t improved in the 3 years I’ve lived in this area.

The worst post office I've ever had the displeasure of going to. Rude staff, they don't empty the drop boxes timely. Some lady that was in line ahead of me dropped a bunch of letters in the drop off box and a guy came out from the back and screamed at me like it was my fault. I'm starting to get the phrase about people "going postal". A bunch of high strung, mental cases working here.

The Absolute Worst. I feel like they go out of their way to be rude. The latest is a shipment that was overnighted for our business.Got a message it was taken back to the post office per customer request. No customer made the request. Now we won't have what we needed in time and we probably won't get reimbursed. Typical of this place. They have a 2.1 google rating for a reason.

I don’t think there’s a single soul working this place. No one answers phones. No one contacts you about your packages before returning to sender. Also NO clue why my package even sent here in the first place. This isn’t my normal post office. At this point can Amazon do everyday mail delivery? Lol. I’d pay a subscription to actually receive my mail at this point.

We intermittently get another person's mail. Not the same street number, or name. I don't know how. Scary thought, though.Never happens with other carriers. But hey, the sign outside says these people are "heroes"

I haven’t received mail in a few days, I went to this post office and was told they have a staff shortage and that I will get my mail when I get it. What happened to rain, sleet, or snow, the mail must get through? I hate it, but understand every other business using this excuse, but whoever is in charge of this needs to figure it out. I have a home office that relies on mail. I looked online and on this website and nowhere did I see help wanted, or we’re hiring. What is being done to fix this problem? It’s bad enough that when it is being delivered it comes anytime in an all day window. Maybe some of the money set aside for 87,000 IRS agents could go towards hiring Post Office workers.

Always a long line but they work efficiently to get everyone sorted as quick as then can.

Ordered a parcel, got standard shipping. Tracked it. And it said that it would be here Thursday evening. Never showed. Then I tracked it again Friday morning and it said it would be at my house by noon. Still hasn’t arrived and the tracking number says now that it will be here Saturday by 9 pm. I went to the office and they were worthless. Apparently I can’t intercept my own package. Sadly the USPS is going nowhere and they don’t care if we get our packages and mail on time. And all they are gonna do is charge ridiculous prices to ship items and not ship them on time. USPS is a joke.

I never have an issue at this Post Office. People are friendly when I've been in.
