They often return mail to me that was sent out and say the recipient is no longer there when they actually are. They haven even returned multiple letters to me with shoe prints on them weeks after I sent them saying they were undeliverable. I now go out of my way to go to the Lenexa post office because so far I haven’t had any issues.

The letter drop off box is full. Here's a stack that was easily accessible. The automated stamp machine jams and will short you. I would avoid this location.

I signed up for inform delivery where they take pictures of the mail to let you know what's coming and I still don't be receiving the mail I'm still waiting on mail from Saturday and today is Wednesday and still haven't received what informed delivery said I had coming in the mail And it's only happens when we get a new carrier our original carrier is awesome

It would be really awesome if just one time the self service kiosk was working or you could drop off a package in the drop off bin. I've been told it's always available, but then I get here, and it's either jammed or locked. I need to just stop coming here, it's a hassle every time.

They deserve a negative, most horrible delivery service ever , I don't know what's going on but we get someone else's name using our address that we've been at for over 10 years so tells me that post office allowed some fraudster to use our address to get away with not paying medical bills and also our mail used to come on time bit bow it doesn't come till when everyone's asleep late at night
This post office needs to be investigated for possible fraud internally. It's possible this has been going on for years as there are reports of other states of post office workers committing fraud by selling folks information and or frauding folks themselves by post office employees it's all in the news

We have lived in the 6400 block of Larsen Lane in Shawnee, Kansas, for twenty years and receive our mail at home. The mail carrier we have now does an outstanding job of delivering our medications, packages and bills, every time, on time, with the utmost professionalism. As well as being incredibly efficient, he is always smiling and finds a way to make us laugh. As older folks, we appreciate his prompt, efficient and excellent customer service. He reminds us of the "old days," when mail carriers were like family. He makes us feel like we are his only customers on the block. Thank you, Sir.

Notified of delivery attempt with no access to the house...but Ring shows no attempt, and other packages came that day. Tried both calling and submitting an online inquiry, neither went through.

Odd that we get junk mail but anything that comes from the bank mysteriously disappears. Show on the email that it's out for delivery and then never shows up.

Have submitted 3 daily mail issue online forms and still no mail now for almost a week. I live less than a mile away from post office. Why are we not getting our mail? We need our mail. Nobody has called or emailed after I have completed this forms

Regular mail delivery once per week. What happened to neither rain nor hail nor sleet . . .? I am truly grateful to the carriers, as they are doing the best they can with circus USPS has become.With most companies, work can be done fast, cheap, or with high quality, but the customer must choose two out of three. Unfortunately, USPS customers are at the mercy of a monopoly, and given zero choices out of the three. We get increasingly prices, no quality, and it certainly isn't fast.
