Unknowingly the hours I looked up showed later than 6:30. So here I was cruising in with returns for 3 stores and one package to mail right at closing. Not only did they welcome me they opened the door for me to drive my mobility scooter inside. Could not have been more kind and helpful. I was in and out so quick! They even had to re-enter my customer information in their system as it was missing and no sign of annoyance or rushing. I loaded up to leave and there they were coming out of the store as their day had ended. So kind! I feel horrible that I cannot recall the tall young lady with the great smile! She’s an asset to UPS!

Call to make sure they are open on a Sunday before you waste a drive like I did . Came to n Sunday within store hours and door locked and nobody would answer phone

Poor customer service here, again. There are some friendly employees here at times, but more often than not, the employees here need training in tone and basic customer service. Taking business elsewhere.

Jacob helped me and he was kind, fast, and got exactly what I needed. Had to whip together some invites on card stock and I didn't know how to edit the image to fit four per page or use the printer with card stock and I didn't bring a pen or scissors or envelopes, I was so disheveled and in a rush to get these finished before I had to drop off my son with the invites. Jacob helped me get this all done in 14 minutes. Wow.

Sunday: Posted hours open til 3 pm. Closed at 12:44. if you’re going to change your posted hours, perhaps you should make changes to the posted hours

Very thankful I can send my returning Amazon from this UPS. The staff I have encountered there have been very pleasant and work as fast as a customer allows them to. Very efficient.

The store closed early during the biggest major shipping and shopping holiday. If you can’t be open when you’re reporting to be open, change your hours.

It is easy to overlook people and places like this. I went in today with three different, but similar Amazon returns. Three versions, three return situations, three packaging requirements. The staff was super patient, professional and helpful. People in their position can make or break your day. These guys made mine.
