Dropped my tax info off first part of March. Called them first of April and got a recording stating they were "busy". Was informed they would call when done. Called again around 13-14th and again got a recording. Was told they would file for an extension. Was contacted about May 15th and told forms were done. They were sitting on my refund for months. Pay me interest like a bank would on my money! Terrible service and communication. Will not recommend or use this service again! Then they still charge full price over $200. On simple tax forms.

Took all necessary information 5 1/2 weeks before filing deadline. They said it would take 3 weeks. Uncomplicated return. No responses to phone calls. Went in to get return to file on April 14. They found it in a stack. Had not been touched. No communication. No service. No return.

Tripp Tax has been our tax service for over 8 years. They are very reliable and efficient in doing our taxes. For one year I decided to go somewhere else, but never again. I learned my mistake. Tripp Tax is the only place I'll go.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but find it necessary in this case. If I could give less than one star, I would. They had our tax papers for literally months (and this was AFTER the tax deadline in April!). We already had them prepared by another accountant but wanted Tripp to look them over to see if they were done correctly or if they could find us anymore deductions - we had seriously considered changing to them permanently. After multiple promises of "we're getting to them," we just picked them up in mid August with NOTHING DONE!! Serious lack of communication and dependability. Will never ever consider them again!!

I took two years of my taxes to be done and they "forgot" to do one year. With how long it took I thought for sure they would have done both in that amount of time.

We have been using Tripp Tax ever since we moved to Shawnee neighborhood WENDY and her staff have always prepared my taxes in the most efficient and beneficial to me and my family. Besides doing my income tax every year I've called on them several times with other tax or financial questions and they've always been very helpful and eager to get answers for me it is a very effective office with accountants who do a thorough job and explain everything you need to know about tax laws, IRS questions and how it affects you of your business. There's always several different ways to handle your taxes and they explain each and everyone of them to you. They always go the extra mile to answer any questions it's a family owned business and I would highly recommend using them. Bev Cappel

Tripp Tax has been our tax service for over 8 years. They are very reliable and efficient in doing our taxes. For one year I decided to go somewhere else, but never again. I learned my mistake. Tripp Tax is the only place I'll go.

These guys were absolutely great to work with. I came to them with only about a week until the April 17th deadline and they still got my taxes done a day early. Extremely thorough, polite, and competent. The best part is that they were about 40% less than H & R Block. I couldn't recommend them more highly, wish there was a 6th star.
