I have to give it to Dr. Rose and his staff! My cat (Memphis) came down ill and my original vet was unable to get him in due to him traveling. I called Dr. Rose's office and they got my cat in right away. He was very understanding, upfront with me, and explained everything that was going on. A month later, my cat took a turn for the worst again and without hesitation Dr. Rose said to bring him in. He was very honest with me and advised me my beloved pet was suffering and we came to an agreement to end his suffering. This office was VERY VERY understanding to my pain. They let me take my time with my pet and walked me through the entire process. While it was the most difficult thing I have ever had to do, I am sure blessed I used Dr. Rose during this hard time. He made the pain a little less painful.When it was time to pick up my pets paw print they were very understanding and polite when the pain was still very fresh. Kuddo's to this office. They've gained a forever customer.The office is very clean, organized, and the staff is very knowledgeable. I am truly grateful for them and all they did to help my boy!Thank you office staff and Dr. Rose for your love during my darkest days. I am truly appreciative.

I have been coming here with my dog for over 5 years now, I first came because he had gotten really sick and I had gone to other hospitals for help but both of the hospitals I went to said they needed to put him down. I found Trailridge Pet Hospital, and got an appointment with Dr. Rose and he said he could definitely help. He saved Mikey my Great Pyrenees, and I’m forever great full! I recommend this place 100%, very nice and amazing people!

If you have any kind of “aggressive breed” DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The “doctor” started backing away from my dog as soon as it was our turn to go in, mind you he was still on the leash. I warned him that with new people he gets anxious with new people but once he smells you he is completely fine, the doctor completely disregarded this and went ahead trying to give his shots, my dog started growling because this man he doesn’t know is touching him, the doctor freaked out and went and got him a muzzle. His previous vets have had absolutely no problem with him.

Great office staff very friendly and Dr Rose is a great vet . He is very good with all our pets. He will be honest and not recommended things you do not need . my animals were very comfortable with him including our boxer who is unsure about new people he meets. highly recommend and they are very fair on on charges!

Dr. Rose takes excellent care of my cats! I have been going to Trailridge Pet Hospital since I adopted my first cat several years ago. I am grateful that I have a Vet I can trust! ???

We have a cat who is very calm and friendly until it is time to pick him up. We were very concentred about how a vet would handle him but Dr. Rose worked wonders and took the best care of our cat. He must have a secret touch because our cat did not fight back at all like expected. Will definitely use this business in the future. We were greeted by friendly Natalie at the front desk and she was very kind and helpful. Building was very clean and comfortable for us and our cat and we did not have to wait at all. Very happy with the service today and it was priced well.

Dr Rose has been wonderful for all 4 of our pets, plus my parent’s pets (whom coincidentally live in MN and bring them here for care). He actively listens to us as pet owners and values our input and decisions. I truly feel like part of the care team and appreciate his compassion and dedication to our family.

We were losing a beloved pet of 22 years. Rather than telling us $130+ like everywhere else for the shot and hanging up when I said I couldn't afford that, they were extremely sympathetic and affordable during an extremely hard time for my family. They treated Mel right and they treated us right. Gave us lots of love in a bad time.

Dr Rose is professional, knowledgeable, and dependable! He is available to discuss our concerns whether large or small and he always responds quickly. I wouldn't trust our pets (dog and cats) to any other vet! Thanks for being a great caregiver for our fur-babies!
