My only beef is that despite having booked an oil change and tire rotation a couple of weeks in advance, I still had to wait over 2 hours for them to get it done. In fairness they seemed busy, but then that's the point of the appointment, no? :-)”

“Greeted me immediately by name upon entering the door connecting me to my car he recognized as I parked for my appointment. This was nice because this does not happen often these days. Service and price completely explained on phone including previous service comparison and updates shared while waiting for service in house. Car delivered to front door and personal help with location of key in car. Car looks and drives well with my new tires and alignment. Thank you!”
“The manager was very polite and did not try to sell me any services or products that my car did not need. I went in initially thinking my car needed brakes and ordered a brake replacement as well as replacement of all 4 tires, your associate offered a brake inspection instead and informed me that my brakes were in no need of replacement. My tires did need replaced and I was shown a very nice mid-range tire which I chose as replacements.
Bottom line, your associate treated me with respect and saved me hundreds of dollars on un-needed repairs.
I will be returning to this location for future service of my car and will be recommending it to my friends and family.”
“Sarah was able to squeeze my car in at 4pm, they close at 6pm. She accepted my willingness to wait. Tires balanced with a $24 inspection, to know & have the reassurance my car is safe to be on the road! Knowing my poor little reliable baby is NOT NEW, I was expecting the manager, Nick to give a laundry list of repairs….Nope!
Way to go Firestone! EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, EFFICIENT and best of all, HONEST.
