Service and price completely explained on phone including previous service comparison and updates shared while waiting for service in house. “The manager was very polite and did not try to sell me any services or products that my car did not need. I went in initially thinking my car needed brakes and ordered a brake replacement as well as replacement of all 4 tires, your associate offered a brake inspection instead and informed me that my brakes were in no need of replacement. My tires did need replaced and I was shown a very nice mid-range tire which I chose as replacements.
Bottom line, your associate treated me with respect and saved me hundreds of dollars on un-needed repairs.
I will be returning to this location for future service of my car and will be recommending it to my friends and family.”

“This place is incredible! I came for a patch for a couple of tires and to see if they could rotate as well. They had 1:30mins till close so he let me know they might not be able to rotate. They patched the tire and rotated free of charge. They are so professional and kind here. This is why I will always buy tires from discount tires!”
