The manager here is a spastic asshole. Literally two customers in the store and this guy is losing his freaking mind. He is very rude. Has zero customer service. I'm working on a $20,000 remodel and I ain't gonna spend a freaking dime of it here.

Maurice was amazing to work with, and provided excellent customer service. I came back several times, as I was indecisive about the tile. He remembered my name with each return and helped me think about a lot of factors in making my decision that I would not have known to consider. He made the experience a lot easier and I'm so satisfied with my choice and the tile.

Basic tile was really expensive. The same type of porcelain tile at other shops was a fraction of the price. But if you want fancy displays to see what you can do with a bathroom. It's awesome with that

Our experience at The Tile Shop was excellent from start to finish! Marian was such a delight to work with. She listened well and added her expertise in such a helpful manner. The selection of tile was a good one as we made decisions on our primary bath remodel. I highly recommend them and will go back for future projects.
