Tony was so nice and explained everything in a way someone with little car experience could easily understand! Great experience. Had a car breakdown on me in Shawnee. I'm not a local so went with these guys based on reviews here. Fast helpful service. Warranty their service. Price felt competitive.

An honest mechanic is like gold. This is a great place. I would suggest always, at least getting an estimate from Tony.Big O wanted to charge me $4,500 to fix my Audi and Tony charged $1,000 and gave a one year warranty. It's been working great

I called ahead for an afternoon appointment. Had a nail in my tire. I showed up a bit late but Tony started diagnosing my vehicle immediately. I was out of there in under an hour and the price was extremely affordable. Highly recommend this place.Services: Tires

Tony and Matthew are honest and fair. I can't say this enough. It's so hard finding good mechanics who you can trust. My husband has been taking his cars to T&M for 10 years. When we moved to Midtown KC, we ended up using another local auto shop for the four years we were there but have since moved back to OP and T&M for the past three years. The point I'm getting at is... we are long-time customers.T&M prices can't be beaten and they also work on the cars themselves. They have extensive knowledge of European cars, which is also a plus. If you're looking for someone to work on your Audi, take it here. It's a no-frills spot, but there is a lobby with some seating if you choose to wait around.

Volvoline people couldn't diagnose the problem in my car, but Tony is simply genius, he just solved my cars problem just in 15 mins with very reasonable rate, I would recommend 10/10. Very punctual on time. Really appreciate his knowledge in auto industry.

Today was terrible but T&M made it so much better. The tow truck took 4 hours and my car wasn’t delivered until 2–they were able to diagnose and repair by 6. I’ve never had such a quick repair and my car is driving AMAZINGLY. Thank you for making what could have been a multi-day process in to a single evening. I don’t have to worry about getting my kid to school in the morning because of your quick work. Will 100% be a repeat customer for maintenance. THANK YOU!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have taken my vehicles to Matt for many years. (2 Toyota Corollas, Rav4 & FJ Cruiser) Matt was recommend to me by a friend and I have been highly satisfied with any work I've had done at T&M Auto.
