Due to other reviews on here, I decided to schedule a cut with Kari. She was beyond all expectations and really took time to get to know what I wanted and help educate on things I can do with my hair. By far the best experience I have had at any Sportclips. I really hope this location takes good care of her. Outstanding cut and very personable. So glad I decided to give her a try. Will be back for sure.

Best experience EVER with Kari. She taught me so much from how to properly trim my beard, to which hair shampoo was best for my issues. Very knowledgeable, and very personable. Will be going to her from now on! Thank you, Kari!!!

Takara is the best she’s been my sons barber for about 3 or 4 years we’ve followed her from another shop to this one she always does an amazing job

Asked for a haircut similar to Andrew Garfields from Spider-man and I left with what looks like a bowl cut. Every time I come here I show a picture and each time I leave it looks nothing like the photo, how hard is it to make it look at least similar to the photo? I don't understand how one can fail at their job everytimeService: Haircut

Worst experience, especially for a Veteran! Signed In online and went when it was my time. signed in at store and was placed into the walk-in category and added another hour to my wait. came back when I was told it was my time only to show another 30 min wait! Asked for a voucher like it states they will do and the manager said we don't do that. Not veteran friendly at all!

Well sport clips... we're done. I guess the proper location is all that keeps you busy because the service I just received was terrible. Not 1 customers in the store. Three stylists at the front desk and I got told a 30 min wait. I guess if you don't like my fat tips anymore , you don't need my buisness. Bye bye

It is interesting that there are 3 stylists, 2 open and 1 hr 45 min wait. The manager had 2 regulars, 2 waiters, and was told the stupid wait time. The board had me at 2nd in line, the multi hair colored stylist grabbed the on other waiter. So one open stylist I was top of the list with it marked first available. How did they come up wit 1 hr 45 min wait? I have a very simple cut, I do not have a regular, why can't they look at Mickey's hands on the clock and give a realistic wait time.I know I will get that there were online check in's ahead of me as a lame a** excuse. While there us no one else in the shop and a stylist standing around.Find another place to get a haircut, the level if service is dismal. The last cut was good, this time it really showed their lack of organization.
