Bad service and they have no patience with me. They cost me $85 as lock out for no reason that dealership didn’t follow my instruction when I take my SUV in shop. I suggest you go different place.

I can say this after dealing with Intoxalock for the last year and two months and then always screwing me over, I feel like this company is going be already amazing so far and I just got it in yesterday at first choice interlock and the guys that I dealt with at the company was amazing, both very very nice, and answered all of my questions without getting annoyed. So definitely would recommend this company over any other companies if you need an interlock ignition switch.

Great service im just starting my journey but Matt was helpful, informative, and caring of my situation. Customer service alone I can already say this place has exceeded my expectations. I highly suggest their service. 85$/month solid IID. It was installed an hour early and I was up and running.

I have felt comfortable and informed from the initial consultation phone call, to the installation appointment. Hassle free easygoing experience so far. Staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone finding they may need this type of service.
