Trampolines need repair and tightening.Only one employee was watching 100+ children/toddlers in a half football size area that was was not clear vision of sight.Inappropriate areas open to toddlers."Toddler time" should not be 0-7 years of age!Plenty of 10 year olds running around with 1-4 year olds!I won't be returning or recommending this location.

Showed up for little leapers from 10-11. Waited around until 1030. Lots of very disappointed children and parents waited and left.

This place is ran by teenagers, who have no answers, no smiles, and no clue what they are doing. They are pros at disappearing and rolling their eyes.Broken equipment, filthy bathrooms, floors were filthy, no menu items and claimed they were out of pizza, and it was the afternoon.I will not recommend this business, in anyway shape or form, nor will we ever set foot in another skyzone.Maybe corporate should stop hiring incompetent children and actually hire employees who will take care of the customers and the business.

Wish I could put zero stars. My daughter's birthday party was celebrated her on 9/9/23. The party host Andy was so dry, no personality, didn't make the experience warming and inviting. I spent $373 for 2 pizzas and drinks. We still have to go eat somewhere else because the kids are still hungry. I'm highly disappointed & we won't ever do a party here again. I'm pissed we wasted money . No music in the room no type of entertainment, the host was trash & the pizza was mediocre. NEVER again !!

Horrible HORRIBLE Expirence. I went here around May 15th and some kids that were here on a field trip from a school would keep pushing me off the little jump thing near the foam pit. Also most of not all the kids were running around wherever and nobody seemed to care. EVEN THEIR TEACHERS DIDNT CARE!!!!!

Horrible. Broken furniture to sit on while waiting for the kids. Snack bar is lacking everything, No pizza, nachos or anything hot as advertised, can't even find staff to help you. The ones you can find are teenagers and can't answer any questions or help you. Equipment is dusty and dirty, very unkept. Music playing is very soft and is a toddler Playlist of songs about shapes and colors. Not very fun for anyone over the age of 3? A waste of $130 for my boys to jump for 2 hour's, but we're ready to leave after 30 mins. Would definitely not recommend.

My son had a blast. Very good price to get into the park however the snacks are a little pricey.

Fun place for kids and adults who love the trampoline, basketball and obstacle course type play. They also have a gaming area, snacks and comfortable seating for those who wanna take rest while the children jump to their hearts content. The first hour was $20 but if you want their 90 minute package out was only $4 more, there were other packages but I didn't take note of those prices. You can buy jumping socks there at a pretty reasonable price with several designs to choose from.

I can't recommend Sky Zone in Shawnee enough! I took 16 teens there last night and they had a complete blast - any time we needed something every staff member stopped what they were doing to help us. I loved that we could do everything without having to pay extra, and we had more pizza than we could eat for a very reasonable cost. Thank you for a great evening!

Horrible experience I will never book a birthday party here again 4-15-23…. I’ll jus say sky zone is not for BROWN SKIN folks ?… they thought they were gonna treat us like live stock…. Funny huh the world today, I’ll stick with main event, my 11 year old should not have experienced how we were treated today….?

We went during glow time. Our first time there. The person at check in said we HAD to buy the glow shirts in order to jump. No where on the site or board says this. So guess what I had to do(buy the shirts) There is so supervision from the staff at the stations. Even the end of the park was closed off. Limited stations. If I’m paying $28 per kid plus the shirts $10each and socks $5 each the whole place should be available. Especially since there were like 10 + people working. The girl in the front was with another worker just sitting on the counter letting him doodle god knows what on her arms. One employee even tried burning the wall in one of the party rooms with a lighter. I tried to buy some drinks for the kids and no one was there the second time, but guess who was there. The girl that checked us in just minding her own business probably on the clock still letting the boy draw on her hands ignoring me. Poor customer service and wrong info given to me.
