They were pretty good at keeping me informed on what was going on. My complaint would be for them to give better detail on what they’re doing to the car, what parts they put on the car and the cost per labor. They just need to break it down better, even on the receipt it wasn’t broke down so that would be my big complaint is for them to break down in more detail what they did to the car and how much it cost to do that for parts and labor.

I have always taken my 2014 Focus to Shawnee Mission Ford. I have been very happy with their service and Customer service. I used their pick up and delivery for my car today. It was good, because I didn't have to get dressed to take it in. Plus, I didn't have to wait on it. Good service.

Super easy to schedule mobile service. Repair technician showed up on time and efficiently completed scheduled service to my Expedition. Tech was professional and worked quickly. Repair completed in less than 10 minutes.

Anthony did a outstanding job of getting my recall complete, tire patched and serviced my car! He also got me to work and back! Lane who picked me up was nice and professional! I love the new service! Takes the stress out of getting a rental! Excellently Job very pleased! Coming back next week for brakes!

Shawnee Mission Ford has long been my go-to for car care. They keep my car in good working order and help extend the life of my vehicles. My other car is 13 years old and still on the road in good condition. I rely on their services. They never let me down. Today Elvis took care of servicing my car. He was very polite, professional, and friendly.

Zack and the entire staff at Shawnee Mission Ford were extremely helpful. I would also like to give an honorable mention to Jacob, Kaleeb and Angel the finance guy. Everyone treated us extremely well and were patient as we went through the buying process. We love our Ford Edge.

Went in to buy a car and was serviced by a lovely woman Dove! She is so sweet and helpful when trying to get you into a car you’ll love driving! She sat patient with me as I looked over many options and test drove as well. When I finally came to my decision she made the process very easy and quick! It felt like a breeze and I didn’t have to stress about anything. Dove was amazing and I’d recommend her to anyone looking into buying a car.

Our service representative was outstanding. He knew all about the vehicle, it's "quirks" and what to do/not do. He was very informative and extremely helpful. Honesty. Integrity, transparency, and customer service is what Elvis brought to our service experience. I would highly recommend this service department simply based on his character.

Pretty frustrating experience through this Dealer’s service department. I purchased an 09’ Mustang GT from a dealership in New Jersey. About 2 months after purchase, it developed a slave cylinder/Throwout bearing squeal.The dealer in NJ told me to bring it in to local Ford dealer (Shawnee Mission) to have it serviced. I scheduled an appt and brought the mustang in, explaining the noise and how to reproduce it (pushing clutch with vehicle off)Long story short, this dealership had the vehicle for 8 days. Throughout this 8 days, I had to call them every other day for a status update. They didn’t tell me they were having issues reproduce, never heard a word. They did call me once to tell me to ignore an email they accidentally sent me about breaking a bolt? Apparently this was on a different customer vehicle.After the 8th day, I told them I’d just come pick it up as they were unable to address the noise I’ve been hearing. When I arrived they attempted to charge me $192. Which I then explained to bill the NJ dealership as they told me to bring it in.When I got in my car, I pumped the clutch 3-4 times and the squealing started… I walked back in and brought service out to show them. They now heard the noise and explained it was probably the slave cylinder or throwout bearing… Like I had informed them originally. They were starting it and driving it around etc. It was very frustrating trying to explain the issue when dropping it off but the service techs saying “no need to show us, we can diagnose it” - Then they keep it for over a week being unable to diagnose it.Finally, after showing them the noise explicitly, they let the NJ and myself know they’d like to replace entire clutch if they’re going to drop the transmission, which we all agreed.About a week later, had the clutch replaced in about 1-2 days. Which was great and I appreciated it.One day later the exhaust was rattling really bad around 1500-2000 rpm. Upon my investigation, they didn’t properly seat an exhaust hanger (see pictures). I had to drop the muffler and re-seat the hanger and exhaust clamp in my driveway. Just hope they didn’t miss anything else with the clutch replacement..Overall, my feedback is that this service/dealership doesn’t communicate and potentially performs inadequate service. Maybe they are busy, which I understand but a few phone calls could’ve resolved this matter instead of keeping my car for 8 days with no communication

I brought my car in for service for the AWD. I told them what the problem was because my mechanic already diagnosed it for me and said it should be covered under warranty and it''s a known issue. It literally just needed a software update. Not only did this place say its not covered under warranty (Still questioning that), but charged $191 diagnostic fee - even though I told them what the problem was! I had to have my car there at 8:30, but they didn't even start looking at it until 1:30 when I called to check on it. I wish I would have read these reviews before going. I will certainly never go back, and likely will never buy another Ford. What a scam.
