My 1 year old son has been at this center for about 4 months now. It’s his first daycare center as my husband was a stay at home dad for his first year. In the short amount of time he has been there, he is thriving in his learning, development and independence. He is excited to go to school during the week and his teachers and the other staff members show that they care for him. Communication to the parents regarding changes in the classroom could improve, but overall I am quite happy with this center.

Although new management is attempting to make the center better after losing directors and staff being unmanaged properly for several months in 2022, they continue to retain employees that are not safe for the kids. I was able to name the teacher that Trudy's review is in regards to and that in itself is a major red flag. I made it a point, several months before the incident Trudy witnessed, that my kids were to not be in the care of that teacher. There have been state investigations that have resulted in nothing (was told this by management). No one wants to be honest about what is going on and I say that because I witnessed things myself and have it documented. I ultimately removed my children after having to pick up my 3 year old to have to go to the ER because staff were not properly watching him and he was injured. The area director acts like she cares but there's no follow through on her end either. I requested an email of my kid's behavior in the classroom while being at this center because after taking him to a new center, a lot of behaviors were witnessed that I was not made aware of, and have yet to receive it. Most days at pick up the classroom was absolute chaos with no structure. I met with management numerous times regarding my concerns and little to nothing was done, although they would say they agreed with my concerns. Trust your instincts, my kids suffered far too long because I had hope the center would go back to the place I trusted and my kids loved before 2022.

Ever since the new management took over it has been nothing short of amazing. The Director and Assistant Director always greet families with a loving smile and happy faces. When my child is having a rough drop off they step in to comfort him and it makes it so much easier. The staff are also so loving and caring and make sure that my son has easy drop offs. Now when I pick him up he cries because he does not want to leave. Best decision I ever made.

Today I was leaving the parking lot that is right next to the Kindercare fenced in outdoor play area and heard a lot of yelling. As I was pulling out I noticed the yelling was coming from the Kindercare playground. The adult woman who was taking care of the children, who looked to be around 3 years old, was yelling at them to get in line. As the children were lining up she continued to yell at them for not being in the right order. She began grabbing them by their arms and yanking them in line where she wanted them to stand as she continued yelling. Once they were lined up where she wanted them they proceeded to follow her as she walked backwards watching them. One child reached out and touched the bike as they were walking by, this lady took the cup she had in her hand and popped this child on top of the head with it. I was sickened and appalled watching this. I called the district office and they promptly called me back and assured me that this was going to be handled. I hope this reaches parents who currently have their children enrolled in their care. Please do surprise check ins, or just sit in the parking lot and follow the yelling.

My son has been going to Kindercare for the last 4 years and we have loved it. They have had changes with directors and teachers and they have done a good job communicating and making the transitions easier on both the kids and the parents.

If I could give this place a negative zero I would, I work right across the street from kinder care and I have witnessed something horrible everytime I come outside. My children are not in this daycare and places like this are why I dont trust just anyone with my children I do however have friends who do have their kids here and one has actually had to take her child out of this place because of how he said he was being treated by the teachers. I get so sad seeing how these poor babies are treated. The teachers or "watchers" are always screaming and yelling at these poor babies ALL THE TIME.. not to mention the words they say in front of them or on numerous times have called them (curse words) which I will not say on this, I have witnessed the workers calling the children dummies and stupid idoits when they fall or get hurt I heard and seen on one account where a child was going a little to fast on a slide he couldn't have been but maybe 3 or 4 and fell off at the bottom and started crying and one of those teachers stomped over there and grabbed him by his poor little arm and yanked him up then said "well if you wouldn't have been being stupid you wouldn't have fell" maybe you shouldn't be playing on the playground if you can't behave. And dragged him over to the sidewalk against the building and just tossed him down right in the hot sun and made him sit there the whole time the others were playing, ive witnessed them ALL on their phones while children are climbing up the gates and I just so happened to be outside at that time as well and hollered get off the phone and pay attention to these babies before one ends up falling over the fence or gets hurt only then did they look up from their phones one got up and ran over and started yanking them off the gate. I have said things multiple times to them while being outside. They sure must put on a good show while parents are around, but they are completely different when parents are not around I HIGHLY suggest any of you parents who have children there make it a point to show up or pop up unannounced so then maybe you can see their true selves. I wouldn't put my dog in this daycare. This place or more so the workers are terrible and something should definitely be done with them before someone poor child ends up really hurt.

We signed up for a tour. When we first got there, the main door was wide opened. We walked in and waited for about 10 minutes until someone finally came. The whole center had a bad smell to it, and there was clutter everywhere. When we finally got to the pre k room, one of the teachers was getting on to one of the kids and you could tell she was getting very frustrated. The whole experience was a little unsettling.

My daughter has attended this Kindercare for 2 years. She started here when she was a few months old. The infants teachers are all amazing. Miss Deb loves the kids like her own. The teachers and staff are all great and are held to high standards since this is an accredited center. The teachers are always doing fun activities with the kids, my daughter loves this Daycare!

I would definitely recommend this center. I have worked here since November. It has come so far since Jessica has stepped into the Director position. The teachers are interacting well with the children and making sure all of their daily needs are met and more. My son's are in the preschool and Pre-k and enjoying coming everyday and learning. Thank you Mrs. Sadie and Mrs. Jessica .

Our son has been going here since he was 10 weeks old, and he loves it. The teachers and helpers are very nice and genuinely care for him. The director and her assistant are always responsive to any questions or concerns. Great place!
