As others have mentioned I was charged $10 on my card when the reader said $8. I called the phone number on office door and never received a callback. This happened to me twice but will not happen again…

The prices listed on the auto car wash bay are incorrect. I was charged $10 for an $8 wash. The prices have been incorrect for months. If the reviews are true and the owner is frequently at this place, it doesn’t take longer than 5 minutes to update the price menu. So frustrating.

I work on the road, taking soil samples across the lower 48. Yes, I get my truck & side by side a little dirty (literally work in the soil), but I am at a car wash somewhere in the nation pretty much every-other-day while working to stay on top of it. Not to mention I clean the bay up after myself, don’t damage anything, and do my best to be a respectful customer.
I pulled in here to wash my rig just like any other self service car wash in the lower 48. All bays were open, no bay clearance issues with truck/trailer/side-by-side. I was the only one there other than the man that identified himself as the owner. Before I could even get into a bay he said I needed to leave.
He was incredibly rude, turned down my business (with no justification when I asked why), and said I wasn’t welcome there. I was cordial & professional through the entire interaction.
Have to say - out of all of the self service car washes that I have visited in the nation - this is the FIRST time that I have been denied business simply for breathing & being present.
I understand the right to refuse service, but I believe this guy ONLY turned down my business because he didn’t want to clean up after me… pretty ironic when you own a car wash.
Don’t waste your time or money at this place. I will not be returning in my lifetime.

The other day I had the pleasure to go through the Go Car Wash on Shawnee mission parkway!!! The manager noticed the front of my car didn't get clean and had me go through the car wash again on them! He proceeded to also go and help his attendants when I went through and also came to check on my car after. That is great customer service and leadership!! He was very personable! I will be back!!!

Was just told "go f*** yourself" by the curly headed young boy from box because I expressed to him it was frustrating to be ignored. My first time and as I drove up he moved the cones right in front of my car. Apparently a chain broke which is totally fine except he made dead the contact with me maybe 2 feet away and never said a word. I had never been to this car wash before so I was a little confused. I backed up to ask him if it would reopen. He ignored me until he couldn't anymore. When promoted on the entire last few minutes he said that to me with a smirk and a laugh... Sad way to treat someone and a terrible first impression. He needs some manners.
