VERY POOR QUALITY WORK! I called them yesterday to deliver flowers to my daughter in the hospital. Ordered a $70 arrangement to be delivered. What I got was not a nice floral arrangement but a bunch of grocery store flowers shoved in a glass vase. I asked for a few yellow flowers sprinkled into the arrangement and I got 90% yellow with a few other colors thrown in. Very disappointed in the quality of the work!! I would not recommend this to anyone who wants a nice arrangement for someone. If I could have, I would have left a photo of the arrangement for you to see. Definitely not a Place to do business with!

As a florist myself, Russel Florist & Gifts did an amazing job on a Patriotic Standing Spray for a special friends funeral. Our family was so proud of what we sent. Very impressed, keep up the great work.

I ordered an arrangement thinking that for $200.00 it was going to be a larger arrangement than we received. (Picture deceiving) I got another arrangement from another shop that was twice the size (white lilies & much more) for the same price and I was so shocked when I picked up my order at Russell's and asked the lady I picked them up from, that's a $200 arraignment and she actually retorted, "Well when you order an arrangement with expensive flowers in them that's what you get." I will never go there again and will let others know to go to another shop that gives you what you pay for. The left is Russell's and the other is another shop...

Won't be going back. I try and support Shawnee stores but I do not like stores that charge fees to use debit card. Also I think it should have been disclosed before hand. Also a bit over priced.

Russell Florist hit all the checkmarks!Quality - ✅Customer Service - ✅Quality of Flowers Ordered - ✅On Time and Right Place Delivery - ✅AND.... they called me to confirm something that I had messed up on the order (I had put my own name on the 'send to' instead of my spouse). They noticed the possible error and called to confirm the correct person to send to.The photo is of the flowers 2 1/2 days after they were delivered. Still looking awesome!Not the first time I have used them for flowers, and they ALWAYS DELIVER (pun intended)! ?
