The employee you have that run the cash register with the bald hair is always very polite and very kind, courteous. He’s also very efficient which is awesome. I always feel like he’s doing a great job and taking good care of everybody. I don’t ever have to wait long and he always says yes ma’am or no ma’am and just all-around a great employee.

The gas is so cheap I wish I could take some back home to Chicago. I can’t though, so whatever. The cashier was helping a customer to scratch his lotto tix/scratchers more quickly but still managed to ring me up promptly and politely. I picked up a package of lemon cheesecake mini donuts. ngl - tasty af but, at over $3, not exactly a bargain.
The bathroom was a mixed bag. Spacious and well-lit but there was definitely some unwanted material on the toilet seat where the top of the crack might make contact - at 12 o’clock if that helps. That could’ve just happened so I’m not putting it on QT. Really, some people just need to heed Redd Foxx’s advice concerning their hygiene…particularly their downstairs back door hygiene.
Overall, good stuff tho. Would stop here again.

I was there on Dec 27 to purchase gas. I was at pump 10. For some reason their pump card chip machine was malfunctioning. I had just used the same card at Walgreens right before me going to QT, so I knew it wasn't my card. I attempted several times without any success. I go inside to explain to the guy what was happening and I guess there was another customer that had the same issue. Long story short , the cashier asked how much you wanted to put down. I said 50.00. I asked him whatever amount I don't use will go back on my debit card. He said yes within a couple hours since it was a debit card. My total was 34.00 . I kept checking my account because something wasn't right about my account. So the next day. Still nothing. I call my credit union and they told me that it was processed as a in-store purchase of 50.00. I go to the store and I spoke with the new assistant manager. He went and talked to another manager and he came back and said that the manager on duty couldn't help me at that time and that I needed to talk to the manager that was there that day of the transaction on Monday. I responded how about this. I will decline charges and you guys can reach out to me to collect the 34.00 dollars. What kind of business tells their loyal customers that they can't help and to come back another time

Nasty!!! The bathrooms and floors are so disgusting at this location I wouldn't dare eat anything out of here. Friendly staff is about the only thing this location has going for them!!

10-1-24Update to my fabulous review: I am so disappointed Quik Trip took away the frozen cappuccino that was absolutely hands down thee best frozen drink on the coffee side. Since they took it away I haven’t been back. Who is drinking Frozen Hot Chocolate?????Huh really..frozen HOT chocolate umm ok and that Horchata come on folks …BRING BACK the Frozen Cappuccino Please. I go to Starbucks but it’s not the same. I hope you consider at least for the summer it was a super good drink.
I enjoy each quik trip I go to. Always fast and mostly friendly. Love the gas prices and snacks. That southwest salad is to die for.

DO NOT GO TO THIS QUICK TRIP!!! The Shawnee Police department run a constant flank on this store and wait to see someone pull up with expired tags so they can pull you over right after you leave!!! This has happened to me twice in the 8 years I have lived off 75th Street. They use this gas station as a sting spot for the lower income constituents who live in the apartments near there. It's actually disgusting, just like the bathrooms in this store. Just pass this store and go to a different one, unless you want to be harassed for getting a coffee

This is one of the best, if not the best, Quicktrips in KC. Whoever is running the show on night shift is an absolute professional. Relatable, respectable, cleaning the store upon entry and instantly available for checkout. Wow. Keep it up. #QT4Life
