GoodRx Coupon Users Beware!
This pharmacy is contracted to accept coupons from GoodRx but they have been denying my coupons for the past year. On my most recent visit to this pharmacy I again presented my GoodRx coupon to the clerk. Again I was told the same thing as on my previous visits. The clerk told me that the RxPCN printed on my coupon was a PCN number for the east coast and again my coupon was denied.
This time I decided to call the phone number listed on the GoodRx coupon, for assistance, since the clerk was unwilling to process my coupon. The GoodRx representative that I spoke with told me that he would call the pharmacy to resolve the issue while I waited patiently.
Funny thing is that before the pharmacy received the call from the GoodRx representative they somehow found a way to process the coupon through their system and the discount was applied to my purchase.
This pharmacy has denied my coupons multiple times in the past year and has charged me 3x the amount for prescriptions that I have purchased from them. Would have been nice if they could have found a way to process my coupons before this. They clearly do not like accepting GoodRx coupons as the clerk informed me that they have to pay $5 to run the coupon and that they don't make any money off of it.
I have used GoodRx coupons at other Price Chopper pharmacies and have never had any problem. Shady practices at this pharmacy!

David did an awful job of remodeling this store. It looks like a warehouse. This place needs a total makeover. It needs to look like his hen house at 119 st.this store is not enjoyable to shop at. We have stopped going there. They also need to make sure your groceries are put in your cart like they are suppose to. They need to offer better customer service.

When we first moved to Shawnee a year and a half ago the bakery was amazing. Beginning the first of May 2019 it has gone downhill! I just got a piece of Tippins pie and it was super old and soggy. I had to throw it away. A lot of times the bakery case is almost empty. It is so disappointing. The workers are very friendly.

Every time I've gone here, none of the employees seem like they want to help. This goes company wide as well. Their fuel program is horrendous compared to Hy-Vee's. While the remodel looks nice, I will continue to shop elsewhere. I would not recommend shopping here.

I received a gift card to use here. While at the check out an elderly man was taking the usual amount of time to pay with check. The cashier was acting impatient and rolling her eyes at other customers. RUDE! She continued her rude gestures when I had to pay twelve dollars over the gift card and use our rewards card. I believe her name was Kallie

I have been shopping here for years. This location has gone through numerous updates and a very recent remodel. The store has large, bright exterior signage. Once you walk inside, you instantly see an updated and somewhat trendy looking décor. All the departments have newer signage and the interior walls that have been updated and it looks very clean. They have a custodian/janitor than keeps the stores swept nicely. The register area now contains a self-checkout area, and this is the only place I had a complain. If you keep something near the bagging area (even as light as a reusable bag) the machine will give you an error. You can only continue after an employee assists you. Overall, I have great shopping experiences here and enjoy shopping here.

I come here specifically for the produce dept so I do all my shopping here. The guys are the best, I've asked about new varieties of fruit twice, is it any good, and both times they got a knife and sliced some up for me. Their fruit is always good, not hit or miss like you usually get. I was a little irritated when they started remodeling since I knew where everything was and now I don't. I have to say though that it does look really nice and the layout does makes more sense. I hope the prices stay the same.

The pharmacy people are all kind and so very willing to go out of their way to help us. They seem to have problems with their time meds software. We don't get all our pills on pick up day and either have to wait or come back. The 5 cents off per gallon of gas with each prescription doesn't hurt at all.

30 minute wait in checkout for one item... I won't be coming back to this store for a very very long time... Possibly never. Stupid 6 hour sale, and I was not even after anything in that sale. Which was why I was so upset.
