I went in to have them look up my builder's account to get ceiling paint that they used. The employee said he never heard of them, then asked how long it's been, instead of trying to look up the builder in their system. After telling him the time span he said they don't keep records that long, just like 4 years. Then he recommended cutting out a piece of ceiling & bringing it in so they could match it, then patching the ceiling. This was obviously easier for him than just looking in the system to see if they still had a record of what the builder used. He was absolutely worthless and his suggestion was beyond stupid.

Like the paint, but won't be going back. Tried to get a color identified and person there gave impression that at 4:15 pm didn't want to do it and was very uphelpful in choosing a product. This after we spent $1200 in paint at this store for our house. Went down street to Sherwin Williams where they were helpful and thanked me for my business.
