These guys are always courteous and very professional. They can make stuff happen when other stores can't. They always put in that extra effort which I appreciate.Go see them , they're good at what they do.

Shawn was very helpful and patient helping me with my questions and making sure I had all the right things. He got me and my 4 month old in and out quickly! Super thankful as it has been very cold recently.

Sorry Dave, this ones for you. I showed you my battery in my car, but you sold me the wrong battery still. Not to mention you ‘weren’t allowed to help’ AFTER you already sold me the battery. Maybe there’s a reason?! Drove all the way home on a snowy day to find out I have to go back and exchange for the right battery AND go to Volkswagen to make sure the computer in my car is good to go(why he couldn’t help because he doesn’t have access to the computer system in the car) sure I could’ve done an hour of research on my busy day but I thought the experts would know… Just an all around bad experience.

Editing: the store manager has changed this review from 1 star to 3 stars. She is willing to warranty our battery for us. And also apologized regarding the comments made by the employees and stated she has been trying to get new staff so sounds like that’s an ongoing issue.Our car battery has tested bad a two different locations and so I tried to get a warranty replacement but they won’t warranty it since their machine says it’s good. It’s a little shady that they won’t stand behind their products that are under warranty. Our battery is less than a year old so should still be good. They made a comment that other places will always test it bad even if it’s not bad just to try and get you to buy a new battery. They told us that their machine has to test it bad in order to warranty it but refused to show us any documentation regarding that policy.

I had a headlight that had burned out ony vehicle so I stopped by O Reilly's to pick up a new one, it was getting dark outside. Although I knew how to change it I asked the person behind the desk if he could help me and he was more than happy to. Jeffrey from the store came out and he ended up changing both lights. I was so grateful that he was able to help and this is why I continue to visit this store. A million thank you's to Jeffrey.

I went to O'Reilly's auto parts on Nieman Road in Shawnee last week with a bad battery (had to be jumped a few times and wouldn't turn over) and the nicest young man tested it confirmed ai needed a new battery and had a new one installed in minutes with no installation fee! Great experience!

If you're the type that prefers going to the same place, every time, to do your shopping, than this might be the auto parts dealer for you. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, though not in the overbearing HyVee door greeter way. More like the interstate hobo change beggar way. If you need help, they'll help. If not, no worries, do your thing. And unlike most auto parts dealers, the staff here doesn't act like they are master mechanics who know everything there is to know about fixing vehicles. Rather, they are not afraid of googling things they are uncertain of. For instance, the rare parts for my vintage motorcycle; None of them hesitate to research aftermarket replacement part numbers and the such.As far as price and inventory, the place stays well stocked and prices are moderate off the shelves. They keep competitive with pricing and If they find part you need for a lower price somewhere else, they will inform you. I even got a discount one time because I was told over the phone that a certain part was in stock, but when I arrived they couldn't find it and sent me to another store where it was in stock and I saved about 20%. I give a high recommendation.

Very poor service to a very long time (10 minutes) just to get some one up to the front desk and when they did they acted like it was a big inconvenience that I was there then they said their lathe was broken over all bad experience

Even with oil prices high, there is no reason to charge $10.00 for a quart of oil. All others are around $5.00. Make sure you call if you are needing any kind of "hard "parts, because they will probably have to order it in.

I ran out of windshield wiper fluid and it made it hard to see out of my windshield and I didn't know how to put it into my car. The sales guy helped me put it in and showed me how so I could do it again myself which helps me save money from someone else doing it for me. I also asked if there were some products to get paint off because I accidentally bumped a pole at QT being blinded by the sun when I pulled in. The guy helped me find the turtle wax to get it off and told me it would need a bit of elbow grease he was right it did and it worked! Thank you O'Reillys for your help
