Due to my car needing a jump start, I thought I probably needed a new battery. I drove over to this O'Reilly location to get my battery tested. I was greeted with a hello and a how can we help you, when I entered. I explained the situation but the manager directed an associate (Brian) to check the battery and connections, first. Brian tested the battery and although it was several years old, it was still good. Brian took the time to clean the battery posts, connections and reconnect everything. My car started right up. Brian's first thought was about customer service, not just making a sale. They have my business and loyalty.

Employee was watching tik toks behind the counter when I walked in, told me the isle to find my part. Couldn’t find it, and he just continued to watch his tik toks, so I left.??

Angel was amazing! He helped us replace a bulb in my nephew's car. He was so knowledgeable and kind -- he really went out of his way to help. We will definitely return to this store.

Absolutely got great help, and the guy knew what he was doing. I had been to auto zone, and the guy told me he didn't see a problem . O'Reilly guy new the problem and fixed it..Very impressed and will be going back.
