I had a wonderful first-time western apparel shopping experience with George, Patty (the owners) and their staff. Extremely friendly, hospitable and helpful staff guiding me through all the intrinsics of western clothing. I found their prices to be really good and they even had some additional offers on boots, shirts and belts among things.
While I ended up buying my first Steteson hat at their outlet store in Joseph, next time around I'll buy it from George and Patty. Also look forward to buy my next set of Ariat boots from them when I come to visit Kansas City.
While it's a small store, they have a big selection and they are more than happy to order home anything you want at a competitive price.

I took my wife's work boots she loves here to get them cleaned up and WOW. They did a fantastic job. The customer service is top notch. The owners and employees are just genuine people who care for their customers. 100% recommend this place for boot repair and/or any of your boot needs!

Good welcoming, nice ladies.
Then this adult male customer said to my wife and kids that he was going to move away and sorry for ever existing, right by the earing section- their reaction was ok? maybe he is having a bad day.
Then at the register my card and receipt was throwed to the side, sorry but in my culture that is rude.
We have been there before and I guess it was just a bad day for us.
Hopefully next time I'll be better.

Nigros is awesome! George has helped me with boots and workwear for years now, and I always get just as quality help from the other employees that work here. Customer service and quality products available is what keeps me coming back.
