“Unknowingly the hours I looked up showed later than 6:30. So here I was cruising in with returns for 3 stores and one package to mail right at closing. Not only did they welcome me they opened the door for me to drive my mobility scooter inside. Could not have been more kind and helpful. I was in and out so quick! They even had to re-enter my customer information in their system as it was missing and no sign of annoyance or rushing. I loaded up to leave and there they were coming out of the store as their day had ended. So kind! I feel horrible that I cannot recall the tall young lady with the great smile! She’s an asset to UPS!”

“This store has totally eliminated the need for me to have staff. It seems ridiculous but a small not for profit has the same needs as any other business and staff to assist with shipping, packaging, printing, proofing and packaging is very expensive. We simply cannot afford it. So, we did like the big guys, we outsourced. This store handles ALL of our needs with a smile. Even the ridiculous requests on a bad day. They take it with a smile and make it work. I cannot express our gratitude to Pam & Curtis Cooper for their dedication to this community. “Amazing! Rick, the manager, kindly and carefully individually, triple wrapped my grandmother’s delicate glass bottles to send to my cousin, ….a special reminder of times with family. He showed me each piece after wrapping and added plenty of padding. I also appreciate the “fragile” labels. :) Thank you so much!”

“This UPS store is the best by far and I cannot imagine how the employees remain so patient with the crowd I've seen roll through there. Drove by today (a Sunday), forgot they closed at 3, but saw some lady pounding at the front doors and peering inside after they had closed ? Lord bless these workers I hope they got home safe!”
