I want into Lowe's in Shawnee for a few things. I could sense the " attitude" from Andrew, the guy cutting my lumber. The 2 other men here there very nice and helpful. Andrew shouldn't look at people and " assume". I don't at my job and U expect they same treatment.

great customer service and all employees are very friendly like family it's our house we find it and fix it...if merchandise is not available they help customers to order on website

I've been shopping here for years. This is my Home improvement store as a DIY doer. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Whenever an issue has come up they are always quick to fix, or refund. Their products are the best in my opinion. This is the place to shop.
