In short I have been going to Sheena at Liberty Tax in Shawnee Mission for the last 4 or 5 years and every time is the same result Sheena is very consistent and good.Sheena at Liberty Tax is great at what she does. She does a great job preparing your Tax papers work, she’s honest, she’s Efficient, she’s good with communicating throughout the whole process. Make sure they tell u if u get an advance they take all ur state plus part of ur federal to pay themselves back and they give u no clarity or heads up. Go to hr block instead they only take from federal. Ill never use this service again! Mistake on my part.

Scam artists. Came in and told them I needed a specific form and didn’t have the time to find it. Was informed it would be no problem and they could look it it up for me and submit it. Months later I get notified by the IRS they never did it. Now I’m stuck doing it myself. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Take your money elsewhere.
